I just moved in to the area and called to get a appointment. Wow what a beautiful salon. Greeted by a beautiful young girl who took me through all the covid protocols which were great BTW. I saw a stylist named Karen. She listen to what my concerns were.....she nailed it! I love my color... she did a fantastic job. She didn't take the cut short enough so I called and she is was able to see me right away and took it shorter and I LOVE the results.Thank you Karen see you in 4 weeks ...of course I booked my next appointment

Karen is amazing with curly hair. I have been seeing her for cuts for several years and she has been colouring my hair for a year or two. She understands how curls are unique and what is needed to keep them healthy (and not frizzy!). The entire team is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Great place at the south end of Richmond!

This is a beautiful salon, not only aesthetically but also in a welcoming way. I used the online booking. It was easy with immediate follow up provided. Glenda is a terrific stylist. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. She listened, took the time to explain everything, provided feedback, and did a phenomenal job. Glenda also established a great rapport and comfort zone. This salon pampers you from the moment you enter to the time you leave. A wonderful experience and I highly reccomend this salon.

I saw Karen in September 2019 and had a consultation first. I was going to another salon previously and explained to her that I get high lift blonde highlights at my crown and then toner to cancel out any brassiness. Karen was the most senior stylist there and seemed confident that she could achieve what I was looking for. It wasn’t that complicated but unfortunately when the day came for me to get my hair done, we spent an hour putting highlights in and then she used the wrong colour toner on me which turned my hair a very very dark ash blonde.The purpose of the toner wasn’t to change the color to dark blonde/light brown. She just painted over the highlights with this dark color. I phoned them to let them know that I was disappointed and ‘Karen seemed very unhappy that she had to fix it. She was kind of lecturing me about how my hair looked great and the toner did what it was supposed to do - like I was overreacting. I’ve had my hair toned for years and it is the wrong colour if it completely darkened your hair to a different shade. You couldn’t tell that there were any highlights in there. She wouldn’t acknowledge the fact that she made a mistake. After going to different salons following this nightmare, they were shocked that she would use such a dark toner on my hair. I spent a lot of money on my very fragile hair trying to fix this.

I love this place! They are so welcoming and knowledgeable! I moved out of Richmond but I will always come back here to get my hair done!

The space is bright and spacious (with free parking!), everything is clean, and the stylists are knowledgeable and friendly. I'm always happy with my hair after I leave!

I went to visit Salon Diva for the first time this past week, and was delighted by the welcoming staff and serene atmosphere. Karen did a wonderful job with my naturally curly hair that was well overdue for a big cut and some TLC. She gave me a host of tips I can use as well to combat frizziness, and I have already booked my next appointment.

A great job but Karen. She does not rush and makes sure she does what you asked for. A positive experience
