Dr. Myers has been my family doctor for over 20 years. Very caring, knowledgeable and airs on the side of caution. His staff is okay, no complaints.

Brookswood Village Medical: Receptionists are incompetent and rude. Blaming their mistakes and team miscommunications on the patient.. I’ve fallen through the cracks of the healthcare system many times and the fact I left my last doctor for this reason and now it’s happening again just because incompetent receptionists, I could do your job but do it properly… it’s not hard to look through an email thread and realize what’s been going on… now 2 weeks late on responses and your voicemail is full. Surprising huh? Would never get care from these people unless the front staff were replaced. Don’t feel any care from these people. (Photo attached is just from today…. Not even the ones from weeks ago - too personal to share online.)

The Drs are great... their phone system is the worst. I've been consistently disconnected, with no opportunity to leave a voice message. They just put you on hold, and make you wait.

Dr Myers has been my doctor most of my life. He is a fantastic, caring doctor. I am grateful to have him as our family physician. He always listens and goes above and beyond.

On time, responsive, thorough. Professional and kind.

The doctor is very professional, experienced and caring, but the receptionists are extremely rude.
