I visit JSM Therapy to improve muscles recovery from training and add mobility. Joseph has a good ear to understand a patient need. He can see the big picture of your body and develop efficient strategy and techniques to release tight muscles. I recommend him to any athlete out there in needs of a massotherapist.

Just amazing! Having a stiff body is not the best thing to have. I had one session here and it was the best thing I've ever done for my body! Great costumer service and great soothing massages, Joseph's massages accurately hits the right spots. Would recommend to a friend!

He is Very expert, knowledgeable, and nice. I was struggling with pain neck after one visit i started to getting better. Even though it's a treatment but you will enjoy it because Joseph super friendly and educated man.

I have been a few times to Joseph for my back and neck tension. He always finds the right spot, explains to me what he does while removing the knots in my body. I feel much more relaxed and light whenever I we are done. Would totally recommend!

I contacted Joseph looking for a good deep tissue massage and was blown away at the quality of the massage that I received. He has impressive technical expertise and knowledge in Osteopathy which allows him to get at the root of any pain or discomfort. I have been back to see him several times since and will continue to do so. I have had literally hundreds of massages in my life in countries around the world and can say without a doubt that Joseph is in the top 1% of the best massage therapists. Each massage is adapted to the unique needs of the client. I highly recommend him.

First time and it won’t be the last. I’ll come back again. He work on your specific needs and also gives you a whole class on it. I’m glad I’ve found him! My problem is migraine and muscle related which he was on point.

Excellent skills and technique.I've been into his style of massage for years now. It has been helping me mentally and physically.Even if I haven't been consistent with my sessions. Without a doubt, when time permits on my end. I will once again reach out to him.If you need to lift stronger ,prepare yourself for a competition or get ready for a sport event. He's the guy!No matter where or who you are. He will be there for you...re muscle pain and body aches.Eight equals to D!
