Highly recommend Steve and his wonderful team. Not only did they do a fantastic job cleaning my house, but it also quick and efficient. Plus the attention to detail and nice touches . Steve is amazing to deal with, quick to respond to my questions and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and deliver top notch service. Will definitely be hiring them again.

I engaged Voila Sanitization & Restoration services. I spoke to Steve, he was quick to respond to the request. In my initial call I shared details with him that the I need deep cleaning post renovation, size of the house and what services I am expecting. He told me to expect min. Of 10 hours and he will send 3 people. A night before the deep cleaning he told me I shouldn’t be on the same floor where the service is performed, he said he will send 4 people for this job. I thought May be they have another project after mine and want to wrap up quickly. So I was okay. The next morning when they arrived, the lead Londy said that this looks like min. Of 20 hours of work as it’s dusty. I did tell her that I had discussed about the project in detail with Steve, however, if she thinks they’ll take 20 hours since they were already there, I approved the 20 hours of cleaning (5hr/ person). She told me that they will start the cleaning from the top floor and then come to the basement and exit. I told her that it is her call, however she could distribute the resources at every floor (2 in kitchen & living) 1 each on bedroom floors. On which she argued that they will be quick if they do it together. I was like ok. They took 16 hours only on the bedroom and bathroom floors, I flagged Londy about the time then, and told her that I am working on a budget, and ideally I would like them to wrap up within 20 hours. Londy said that there is a lot of dust and too many objects to move, everything takes time. I told her that I was told 10 hours before, 20 after you arrived here. I was prepared to pay for 12 hours. I requested her to wrap up within 24 hours reduced some part of the work like cleaning the appliances from the inside and excluding the room in the basement. I paid them 853$ for the service.. the cleaning done was great, especially the stairs.. I have got done deep cleaning before and I fail to understand that they took 24 hours of cleaning time in total, did not complete the full assignment and I paid them 853$ in total! It’s beyond me to understand their pricing. Yes my house had dust as this was post renovation clean, but there was no Mold and it wasn’t In gross shape of cleaning. My only feedback is they are in job of these services and they need to be aware of the time that they take to complete the work, can’t be open ended. I would have given them 5 star even after paying them 853$ if they would have accomplished what was agreed to within service in 24 hours of cleaning!

All I can say is Steve and his team is AMAZING! Excellent cleaning service! Attention to details, friendly staff, helpful and responsible! I would highly recommend Steve and his team for all my friends and families! The house looks amazingly clean after they left. Excellent work! I really appreciate it!

Steve and his team were incredible. We just moved into a new place and his team cleaned the house from top to bottom. He is very professional, courteous, and thorough. Steve responded to my calls and texts in a timely manner and ensured to answer all my questions and he was present for a final walk through post-cleaning. We are very satisfied with his services and would highly recommend him to anyone who is moving or anyone who could use a good cleaning. If we could give 10 stars, we would.

Speechless, in a very good way. Team did a deep clean of my house, which had not really been done since 2021. The outcome was nothing short of amazing. Every room was done to perfection. The shutters, floors, baseboards, dusting vacuum and mopped. I am beyond thrilled with the result. The girls were pleasant hard working and thorough. They touched every aspect of each room, and all within the time frame that Steve had mentioned. I highly recommend this company for any cleaning needs you might have. My bathrooms look showroom ready, even down to the toilet paper folded in a triangle, like a hotel. Beyond happy. Well done, 5+ stars.

Top rated service. Steve and his team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They provided us with a deep clean service for our home which was a little over 3200 sq ft. In and out in a little over 4hrs with 5 crew. They did absolutely everything. All baseboards, vents, window casings, to much to mention here. Very comforting. Steve is always quick on the hop with our text messages and ensured we’re comfortable with all aspects of the service. Now onto a monthly cleaning with Voila! Thanks we appreciate you.

We had our new home deep cleaned by the Voila team. They did an amazing job. Everything was cleaned inside and out and the floors were sparkling. It gave us peace of mind as we have a newborn and the house needed a really good clean. The team was so friendly, answered all our questions and was extremely thorough. We will be using them again and recommending them to all our friends and family!
