Horrible customer service. Went in and and the lady didn’t even acknowledge me or anything. She was on her phone the whole time and said nothing even after making eye contact with me. She went closer to the back of the store to do whatever she was doing on her phone.Left the store and came back after ten minutes with a friend to show them a purse I was thinking of purchasing. Same result, the girl was just on her phone this time taking photos of the purses and not even acknowledging any of the other customers or myself.There was a guy this time though who just followed us around the store and didn’t say anything. He wasn’t dressed in their business uniform. But proceeded to make the whole shopping experience terrible.Never coming back to this store and will advise others not to do so.

Walked in yesterday to buy my wife the bag she pointed out to me. Asked the male associate for some help and to show me bags. He was annoyed I didn't know exactly what I wanted when I walked in, extreme attitude. I ended up snapping at him at the end, and leaving. Called the managed, she said she would talk" with the person. What a gong show. And I was going to buy a $400 purse. I walked across the walkway to Michael Kors instead.Is it racism because I have brown skin? Is it stereotyping? Either way

I have shopped at coach multiple times for the selena gomez x coach collections. I'm often never greeted or asked if I need help. I've noticed from my multiple stops that the associates only really bother to greet and assist (without being called for) middle aged Caucasian women.Store is clean, and I enjoy products. The quality of service brings down the entire experience.

Got nice selections. Not much of deals. Staffs were friendly and accommodating didn't really mind if you're touching and feeling the items, unlike some other branded stores. Explained all details about the items. Provided assistance to our inquiries. They have cute masks too but lots of designs. Store was clean, organized. Good lightning. Nice displays. Offers sanitizer before getting in the store. They practice social distancing.

Extremely rude staff. Went to browse some handbags, the males associate would quickly follow and rearrange the display afterwards. Bad retail experience due to the workers.

Extremely rude and unhelpful. The associate didn't even respond to me greeting them not even a smile.

This is the best customer service I've ever experienced in my life. They repaired my wallet under warranty free of charge 3 times. It's a coach outlet item I believe so I have no idea how they have the resources to continue repairing my wallet. This has really made me love the brand and this store really goes above and beyond, best experience ever

Worst customer service. The lady told me I need to apply hand sanitizer to look. No thanks to further damage my hands in the winter. I was actually digging the selection
