3 out of the 3 items tried to order through the drive through on Oct 06 , 11:15 am were out. That includes a decaf coffee. Coffee shop with no decaf? No offer to make some and wait just a hard no we don't have any. Do better Tim's!

I am an avid Tim Horton's drinker. I have been trying to support this Tim Hortons but they just cannot get it right. My order has been wrong 4 times, it's a simple steeped tea order. Twice I took more time out of my day to drive back to return it and get a new drink, the last two times I was to far away already to bother. It's worth the effort to go to a different location that can fulfill your order the first time. Hopefully they can work on this.

hash browns are always stale, didn't double toast my bagel and I guess they don't teach fractions anymore because I ordered a French vanilla with 1/4 coffee and it was 3/4 coffee. All of wich have happened multiple times.

Stopped in for breakfast at 8am. The food tasted like it was made yesterday and reheated today. The milk was expired from December 14. Pretty awful job today.

One employee aggressively told me that I had ordered all my drinks in a size small despite me ordering 1 medium and 2 small drinks. I did the calculations myself with the online prices and they had charged me for that medium - I hope that they fix this for next time.
