Kate at Awesome Nails is absolutely fantastic! She's not only a skilled nail technician but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. My nails have never looked better thanks to Kate. Highly recommend her for a great experience!

I’ve been getting acrylics for years now and Kate has always killed it with my nails. Kate is super sweet and always happy to accommodate, she is my absolute favourite nail tech. I can never go to another nail tech ever again. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Bad customer service!! Not friendly at all… this was mu first time getting my nails done, They didn’t provided any comfort at all. The nail artist was so in hurry to get the other customers but couldn’t really satisfy the one whose nails she was doing. I would not recommend anyone to go here! Expensive is fine with me as long as they are providing you best customer service but this place doesn’t provide you good customer service at all! Totally waste going here!

Very very very bad experience, I went there to get a new set of acrylic nails, buy they suggested refilling, I was ok with that too, but they did not wanna do anything about my nail growth underneath and on the top of that the lady who was doing my nails was very rude and arrogant, she was pushing my hand away very rudely to grab other hand, it made me to feel really bad, that’s why I asked her I don’t wanna get my nails done, just remove the old one, She hurt many times while doing that. I will never ever go back there for this kind service and won’t recommend to anyone. If they don’t wanna treat customers nicely, they should tell the customers that they can’t do their job, they have no right to ruin somebody’s day!!

I recently visited this nail salon and I must say, I was blown away by the service and quality of work.The salon was clean and well-maintained. The nail technicians were extremely skilled and took great care in ensuring that my nails looked perfect. They listened attentively to my requests and made my nails look flawless. Ever since, it changed ownership, it has been quite amazing! I love the first and second location of Awesome Nails.Overall, I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. The friendly staff, skilled technicians, and beautiful atmosphere made it a five-star experience. I can't wait to visit again!

Definitely won’t be back. I called 3 days in advance for 2 pedicures, one shellac and one regular men’s for my dad. Waited 20 mins past our appt time, they then took my dad first which made no sense because I have shellac on and it needed to be removed. The lady left me sitting while she went to have lunch in the back. Then came back to start me while my dad was all done. Their tools are not properly sterilized in packaging. She just brought the tools out from the back, I’ve never seen that before. They always come out of the package so I know they are clean and sterile. I have no idea if the tools are clean or not. It’s also so hot in the salon, no AC and no air circulating.

I had the worst set of nails done by them today. I will never go back there again their customer service was horrible. It almost took 2 hours for a very simple design. They tried to over charged me for a new set, every nail is a different shape, the French manicure is uneven, lines are totally off and none of the nails match in length. I am so disappointed on the quality of nails.

Always a nice experience. I’ve been going to Awesome Nails since they opened years ago.Hannah is my go nail tech, but all the ladies do a great job and are very kind.

Kate is amazing!! I showed her a picture for inspiration and she made them look a million times better. I’m seriously obsessed and get so many compliments. My new favourite nail salon hands down!!
