I love it how the owner only replies back to positive reviews can’t handle the negative ones because the owner is fully aware of how bad and how rude this clinic is. It’s a simple as that the owner replies back to the positive reviews due to the fact that the owner is so shocked that anyone could give this place a five star review so the owner has to reply back. You don’t deserve to be treated in any type of disrespectful behaviour don’t stand and or put up with it anymore. Places like this that make lots of money treating you bad because of the situation you’re in….is down right unacceptable.!

I suppose experiences will range from great to bad depending on the technician that you get, and how busy the office is overall.Rosh was my technician and he was right on time, he was kind, informative, patient, and knowledgeable. He was probably on his 11th hour of work as it was Tuesday and he treated me like I was his first patient. I had an ultrasound on my kidneys, bladder, and other areas of my abdomen to search for indications of my pain. He was thorough, and clear on instruction.So very happy I had him as my tech, I told him how he was the best. Keep up the great care Rosh!

This was my first visit to EWF Radiology in Beddington Towne Centre and it was great! The staff is super friendly and the waiting area is quite spacious. My doctor gave me a requisition form for a chest X-ray as a walk-in and it took less than 10 minutes from the time I arrived to when I was out the door. Very impressive!The bonus is that even though they close at 4 PM on weekdays for other tests, they remain open until 8 PM for X-rays which is very convenient. Even if the requisition form is on the letterhead for another lab, they can do the tests which was a great discovery. Since EWF Radiology is only 5 minutes from my home, I will come here from now on.

Everyone here was great!!! Thank you to my sweet xray tech. Wish I could remember yourname!!. I was the extremely upset woman with the hurt foot. Your kindness that day won't be forgotten. Thank you also to the sweet girl at reception who said I dint have to pay for the copy of xray.. you two made an extremely horrible day a bit brighter, thanks

Incredibly unprofessional. Went in for an appt and the receptionist didn’t bother to figure out who was the client and who was the support.She then shouted at me and my partner that the clinic was for patients only (despite there being 2 other couples and an adult mother and daughter duo).You are a privately-run third party, have your employees treat the public with respect and not be casually racist.

Had a really good experience with my knee and foot xray. I went without an appointment and was ready to wait a bit long as it is with walkins, but to my surprise it was not a long wait at all. The front desk lady was nice and very respectful of my request for a female tech. Also the girl who did my xray was such a gentle and kind soul. Thank you for being kind and caring, it really means alot.

Today, we went there for 1th trimester. Ultrasound specialist was very unprofesional. We were not satisfied with her. She used ultrasound subteine harshly. If she doesn't like her job, she shouldn't reflect on people who has appointment for ultrasound.

Our tech was amazing. She showed us everything, walked us through what we were seeing etc. she did a fabulous job.Once the ultrasound was over we were pulled into a room to speak with the dr.This dr did not contact my dr for further instruction on what to do, which is protocol. My dr had no clue what was going on until I phoned them the next day.The dr at EFW Beddington told us that she would not schedule us for further ultrasounds as what she was seeing “would not clear up.” She said we could do further testing if we wanted but ultimately her opinion was to terminate our pregnancy.After seeing my dr the following day (after an absolute terrible 24 hours) we were told that what the dr said was inaccurate and that yes we should do further testing but she would NEVER recommend termination at this point until we had more answers.I will never return to EFW Beddington.

My ultrasound tech was absolutely amazing. Even coming from a healthcare background, she was an excellent and impressive staff member. Excellent and exceptional to the level that I'm trying to leave a super positive and first person worded review. The company is lucky to have someone like her.If you see this, thank you. Thank you for everything you did. You made what is inherently a terrible ultrasound a positive experience; and the level of your instruction and kindness is nothing I have ever experienced before. Thank you.

My technicians were really bad. I had a routine ultrasound for my 3rd pregnancy. The technicians pulled my diastasis recti really hard multiple times! My ultrasound was for a full hour of laying on the bed (I never had any anomalies detects in the past or now). I know not everyone has a diastasis recti. But how shocking is it for an ultrasound technician to encounter a woman that has diastasis recti during her 3rd pregnancy?! Neither woman had a clue about it and just proceeded as if they can pull and push anywhere.
