Shoppers Drug Mart

Over the last five years it’s been getting worse and worse for customer service and not knowing what’s going on. I’ve had prescriptions faxed and “not received” even though they call and say they need to confirm the prescription you go in person and no one knows anything about it. Has happened more than once. Terribly frustrating. Won’t be dealing at this location any longer.

Lovely pharmacy in a very convenient location for people living in the plateau. Customer service is amazing and all the pharmacists are incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you Noushin, Jake, Baher and Angela. (I hope I didnt leave anyone out)You all are wonderful people

This is the best location, hands down! The staff members are lovely. Always taking time to ask you how you are doing, if you have any concerns, even when they are swamped with orders. I used to just get my prescriptions filled wherever was most convenient however, now I wait until I am able to go to this location. Yes, they are a smaller store but in my opinion, this does not take away any points from them. The pharmacy owner (Gina) is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and genuinely caring. It seems to me that Gina hires other staff who are equally as awesome as herself! Thank you all :)

This is very unfortunate, I have been going here for 9 years and suddenly there has been such a horrible customer service. There has been three occasions that this pharmacy has incorrectly managed my mother complex medications. The team is very defensive, however they are able to correct the mishap. Moving on forward, I have changed pharmacy. Please take the time, to review what you are given before going home - I have lost trust. There is a part of me, that I do not trust the medication in the bottles are correct.

In the year and a half I've been filling my prescriptions at this location, I've only had one positive interaction with a staff member here. It doesn't matter who I talk to when I call or visit, they are beyond condescending and rude. Every. Single. Time. Every interaction is a fight with them. On multiple occasions, I've gone in to pick up my meds, and have been told my prescriptions aren't ready yet or haven't been sent to them when they have been, including after I've even gotten a call telling me to pick them up. They act like I'm inconveniencing them anytime I ask questions and I've literally been told it's not their problem when there's an issue with my prescriptions being filled. They clearly have no understanding or just don't care about the consequences of missing doses of regular medications. I've been polite and as soon as I push back even a little against a pharmacist/assistant who's been unnecessarily rude, they rip my head off. If you can't be polite to your customers (who are being nice to you and keeping your pharmacy in business) why work with people in the first place? I will not be purchasing anything more from here. I'm fed up.

Prompt, friendly service every time!!!Went to this location after the terrible experience at the Sunwood Shoppers Drug Mart a couple of days ago. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff attended to my flu shot promptly along with efficiently and pleasantly dealing with a couple of other customers at the same time. I should have come here in the first place as this is the great service we get every time!Highly recommend this location!!!

Shoppers is Canada's keeper. They are so kind and there has been many times when I needed medicine or prescription drop off late and they have always been there for me. Shoppers is my partner in Health

EDIT: the owner took the time to remedy the situation in a thoughtful and timely way.I went in today to get Tylenol for my sick baby and was falsely accused of stealing by the incredibly rude manager. After showing her that I didn’t take anything (even taking my baby out of his car seat), she continued to insist that I had stolen something. I asked to see the footage and she said she couldn’t show it to me. I obviously became upset after she KEPT insisting that she saw me taking something on the camera (when she couldn’t produce evidence).Disgusting behaviour from a local spot. She should be fired.

Be very careful what you pick up. Open and check it. I picked up and there are all cut pieces. The major pieces did not have expiry date. So I am returning but then I have to wait for medication which is not available easily. They should declare this when you are picking up medication.I saw some reviews now and agree on customer service issues, quality and timeliness of delivery.

The pharmacy team is very knowledgeable and helpful. Once I wanted to order a medical item, they checked the price and gave me a call to let me know and ask if I want to order it. They all are always very kind and if they see me waiting they promptly come to me make sure if I have been helped. If you have any questions about your purchase they would take time to talk to you.
