Manager was rude and yelling at customers lining up for the tellers to line up properly. He demanded social distance but now it’s not mandatory to wear masks and keep distance. It’s at the discretion of the customers but most importantly, he doesn’t have to yell at the customers not keeping distance. He could be more polite and respectful to customers. No body needs to be yelled at just because they are not lining up properly at a bank! The tellers services are very good but the banks’ computer systems are very slow to process.

left message to book appointment, the system says someone will call back, but they never did.(0)When i get to the branch, i met the teller named Jackie, he is very friendly and helpful.(5)One thing i don't underground is why every step need manager to approve. The manager just sit in her room, chatting with other loudly, never come out to work with teller.(1)average, 2 points.

There was never been a time there is no lineup at this place. Ask a lot of questions regarding transactions you do. It is good that they are careful for security reasons, however, not to a point that I felt myself doing something illegal. Teller always asks manager for approval, I am guessing the reasons that tellers are not properly trained? I heard from my friend who used to work there that their employee turnover rate is quite high. Comparing to TD bank, it is much hard to do business with BMO.

Great service! Don't know why such low reviews. I had the pleasure of dealing with several tellers and in particular Cindy Liang who really helped me secure my certified cheques in due time (urgently). She helped me call investorline and ensure the funds were transferred. Really helpful group here. Highly reccommend banking with them. Her and her team put me at ease that the employees really do care! Thank you again Cindy and team!

I am very satisfied with Jim. He is so understood my needs so accurately and he delivered beyond my expectation. I rarely find teller deliver beyond my expectation but he certainly did a great job.

Pretty busy for a Tuesday! Mr. Jin was extremely professional and courteous. Not only he was doing his utmost to solve my concern today also he was doing the best to provide me with additional support in case I am not aware of. I am really impressed by Jin's effort today, he definitely earns all customers appreciation!

Went after-hours for ATM withdrawal. Tried my debit card, tells me incorrect pin. Tries my credit card, tells me I have incorrect pin.Reset my credit card pin on the BMO app/website and tried again, still tells me incorrect pin.Makes me worried if the machines are rigged. Going to try a different branch.Update: looks like there were some issue with some of the ATMs in Shell Gas station and they turned all BMO ATM at Shell off. Wondering if that's related. Was able to reset pin and withdrawal from a different location. Thanks for the response!
