Always had wonderful people serving their customers at their best. Tellers and other staff remember you either by face or by name. Never had to get upset even during Covid waits. Good work Amie and all staff who I remember mostly by face.

Went here in Oct to open an rdsp with my daughter, met with Luke. Everything seemed fine. Came home with another customers info. When calling the branch I was asked by the assistant BM to bring in other customers info. Which I did, I asked for the BM to call me. Then nothing almost 3 days pass. Then when I do get ahold of someone I’m referred to customer service “chad” who at this point I’m not very friendly to. Finally the BM calls and said she didn’t realize I required a call….WHAT. Where’s my daughters info if I have someone else’s? No answers. Was basically told o well you’ve been a customer for 40 years. This is our first time screwup…no buggy your information was probably not compromised but oh well. Then told an ombudsman would be in contact and guess who calls “Chad”. Wow. Not impressed!!!Not my branch but wow. That was ridiculous and I still feel unresolved

Either the staff needs better training on how to do their job or they just need to get rid of the laid back millenials who are only there to collect a paycheque.

Nice staff. Very helpful. Good interior. Other then that it's a bank. Nothing more then what'd you would expect.

Had a positive experience every time I visited. Staff is extremely warm and attentive. There is always someone to attend to you and make sure you are taken of. Staff sound like they genuinely want to help and connect with you.Opened a new account at this branch. Sherri, the financial advisor helped at every step, answering calls and scheduling meetings to guide me through the entire process, which was quite daunting for a newcomer like myself. Even when I showed up a week later unannounced, she recalled me by name.Personally quite pleased and impressed with the customer service.

We are setting the bar quite low here based on an indirect experience.I will keep updating this as time goes on.Best regardsPS

There is a definite “old hometown “ feel to this branch. People remember you and genuinely seem to care!!!
