Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Excellent customer service! The whole team is just great no matter who’s working the day you pick up or return. Special thanks to Sanjay and Josh for their excellent service. Everything was very smooth.

I'm very unhappy with enterprise, they have very strict guidelines about having a driver's license and credit card in the SAME name to be able to rent a vehicle. But i am very sorry to tell everyone they did not do that when my son helped his friend by using his credit card, and his friend used his own drivers license. The vehicle was rented for a weekend. When the so call friend of my son decided he would just keep the rental for months, to which my son had no idea or did not agreed to. Enterprise just thought it was ok and charged it all to my son's credit card to the sum of close to $10.000. my son has not recovered financially since then. Enterprise would not and will not take any of the blame.

I will never rent from this conpany again due to a cost-cutting safety issue which I will explain. My organization rented a vehicle for me to make a business trip to Kingston after a snow storm. I rented the vehicle and before going outside to get it, I asked one important safety question Just to confirm

After learning that I couldn't use my Aéroplan points in North Bay due to the lack of Hertz' presence, I called Enterprise to book my vehicle. I've always had good experiences with Enterprise in the past but this one tops the cake! I spoke to the most wonderful Jonathan. It had been a tough day booking flights, hotel, a rental car, airport parking and packing for a funeral. Flying from 3 provinces away, to a remote location and leaving within 24 hours, with a very sick toddler. Jonathan helped me and made it so easy and was so sweet to find us the best price possible for this already expensive trip. To top it all off, after 2 flights and a very long day, we reached the airport to find the car we had booked had been upgraded!!! Our day was instantly easier and our trip much more comfortable. During such a tough trip, Jonathan made us breathe a sigh of relief and reminded us that there are still people out there who are willing to lend a helping hand in any way they can. Thank you Jonathan, from the bottom of our hearts.

During a recent rental, I found staff Heather and Kyle to be very professional, courteous, and efficient. I was in the vehicle in minutes flat, and upon returning the rental vehicle, they even offered to drop me at my destination. The car selected for me met my needs exactly and I will be happy to visit the team at Enterprise again for future vehicle rental needs.

This review has nothing to do with the employees at this location. Both employees were professional and very kind and helpful. However the car we got has no snow tires only all seasons. There were no cars with snow tires on the lot. Very unhappy about not having snow tires in Northern Ontario. Also the car literally has the cheapest, worst snow brush I have ever used in my life. Invest in better snow brushes for your vehicles.

So far I have always been very impressed with the service my partner and I have received! They will do their very best to accommodate your needs and service here has always been top notch. Quick, friendly, and flexible very wonderful. Also we have always enjoyed the cars we've rented from them!

Manager/lot attendant of car wash station at the rental was ignorant and rude in tone. We were waiting for a rental and there is very limited parking. Apparently I was blocking access to the car wash bay. The young man would benefit from communication skills training.

Awesome service great selection of vehicles. Definitely recommend and will use them in the future
