What a waste of trees !! Bad products, no ethics !! Picked up a temple from this place for a friend. It was not even finished properly. If I could warn you to save your hard earned money - Stay away from the thugs !!Looks like all the 5 star reviews have been begged from friends and family section.

It takes months to find a customer and seconds to lose one.What a waste of money, time and energy. HORRENDOUS customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could and wish we had read the reviews before ordering custom furniture. There was nothing custom about it. Ordered last year in April of 2023, furniture was supposed to arrive between July to August, but it was delayed for several months. We kept inquiring every month but service was so good that never received response on time, only received excuses. We saw our furniture in February of 2023. Custom furniture looked more like second hand furniture. Furniture had multiple issues, mismatching parts, stains of varnish on most of the fabrics, improper finishes of polish. We asked them to fix all the issues and yet they could not make it right. Quality is remembered long after price is forgotten.We paid 80% of the payment whereas store cannot charge more than 10% of an estimate, to maximum of $100. We were promised refund on multiple occasions, both on calls and messages, but the store owner did not honor their words and we had to DONATE furniture to habitat for humanity. I do not recommend this store.

The product quality, finishes, and the customer service is absolutely horrible. We felt that the owners have no attention to details, very poor communication, have complete denial about the quality standards, and never take ownership of their poor craftsmanship and service. After paying $14,000 in deposit, sharing the floor plan dimensions, and waiting for several months and going through multiple delays with no clarity on ETA, the furniture which arrived was way short of our expectations. It had multiple issues like being too bulky and impossible to bring in house, shoddy finishes, stains of varnish on fabric, mismatching parts, misaligning edges of drawers, missing patches of polishes and varnish, dust settling in polish…. Just see the pictures!!!! Above all, the delivery guys made quite a lot of damage on the walls, and we had fix it at our own cost because they were uninsured. We even spent more than $900 to return the furniture to the store, because they were not willing to do so.We were promised a refund on many occasions, but they eventually turned their back and said they never promised us a refund nor they have a refund policy. They offered us to fix the issues instead, which we turned down as we didn’t trust their ability to do so, judging from our previous experiences. Ultimately we donated the furniture to Habitat for Humanity rather than brining these pieces of junk to our home. Lost money, time and mental peace for nothing. I don’t recommend this store.

Excellent quality furniture and very beautiful home decors, swings and temples and clay pots, if you are looking for authentic Indian solid furniture this place is a must visit…

I bought my furniture from Spinoja’s Timberland, it has unbeatable quality and price too. The owner explained about the products very thoroughly. I bought my furniture all made of solid wood. I strongly recommend.

Great shopping experience! I bought a bedroom set here, remarkable quality and prices are reasonable. The owners/salespeople are very nice people who provided a customized experience. They genuinely cared about my satisfaction (all the way from design and my unique needs, coming over for measurements, and following up after purchase) so I get the best quality for price paid. Besides furniture, I found beautiful handicraft items perfect for decorating my home. I had been looking for such furniture for a long time in town, finally I found this amazing store.

Great furniture that is unique and durable. I bought 8 piece dining set and a sofa set for our new home and it looks absolutely stunning! Thanks to the exceptional customer service by the owners. Worst customer service, poor communication and worst quality of the products. do not know how come they are saying custom made furniture. I ordered last year end of February. it was 2 pcs sofa, 2 luxury chairs, 1 coffee table, 3 end table, dining table, 4 chair with bench, 2 pcs bhartiya bhaitak for bonus room. delivery date was between July to Sep 2022 but did not arrive on time. every month I was checking with them and getting different answers from husband and wife. they were never updating, every time with stories. finally furniture arrived by end of Dec 2022. they wanted to deliver but I said would like to see first. when arrived their store I was shocked. one of the sofa made 104 inch long instead of 72 inch. 2 luxury chair did not arrive from India, one of dining chair leg broken when my wife was trying sit, and rest of the product quality were worst. I never seen this many mistakes in custom made furniture. luckily we did not paid what they requested. I paid only 15% deposit that got it back after one year. what a waste of my valuable time. I do not recommended to anyone.

Nice place to buy solid wood furniture.. very reliable as long as you know exactly what you need…Very well informed and professional approach and excellent customer service…..

I checked out this store to buy some Indian style furniture but was disappointed to see the products they have on the floor. Won't recommend this place.
