West Coast Renewal Contracting

This is my second project with Andrew, firstly in 2018 when he built a beautiful composite & aluminum fence which has stood the test of time and looks as great as it did 3 years ago. This year (2021) he and Nick moved & fixed all our main floor windows, retrimmed interior windows/exterior windows, repaired broken stucco, replaced our tired, ugly vinyl siding with beautiful board & batten and horizontal siding, new soffits, eaves, gutters, insulating our storage area, an aluminum feature wall, new back stairs, painting and replacing hardware on all the back doors and windows! It was a long process (due to difficulty getting materials!!) Andrew, I maintain can do almost any building project and it is done properly!! They were very professional, patient, easy to work, tidy and we recommend them in a heartbeat!! We will be using their services again! They are great carpenters!! Thanks Andrew & Nick!
