The charging port of my work laptop broke on a Thursday afternoon. I dropped off my laptop for repair just before Edmonton Tech Support closed for the evening and they called me back on Saturday morning to inform me that the repair had been completed. Definitely a life-saver with speedy service!

A glass of water fried my computer while we were on vacation in Edmonton. Syed was able to fix it and got it back up and running at a very reasonable price. Besides being a super nice guy, his service was amazing..... He even dropped off the fixed laptop at where we were staying! Can't say enough good things about this experience!

While I haven't yet been a customer of this business, with a phone call the gentleman was able to provide more information on possible data recovery than Geek Squad could in two days.He explained under which conditions data recovery would be possible and under which conditions it may not be possible.Don't take your computer to a place like Geek Sqaud. This business deserves your support.
