Stopped into this lovely spot with our two young kids on our way home from a ski trip. It was a busy Friday night and we did not have a reservation but we were quickly & cheerfully greeted and shown to an available table. The food (tartare, smoked salmon mousse, fish and chips, & carbonara) was flavourful, well seasoned, nicely presented, and downright delicious. Desserts that followed were also a hit with special mention to the decadent cheesecake that my daughter reluctantly shared a couple bites of. The service was attentive, warm, and very friendly. The dining room was full, and yet service was fluid throughout - an exceptional job done by only two ladies managing the floor. Thank you to both the kitchen and service team for a fantastic meal; we will certainly be back the next time we are in town!

Still amazing! We have been coming to this restaurant for about 10 years (even though we travel here from NJ). We couldn't come for a while due to borders closing during covid, and apparently the restaurant got a new owner during that time also, but we returned June 2022 and it felt like nothing changed at all. In our short few days in town, we ate there twice, and against all of my usual personal rules, I ordered the exact same thing both times (I definitely had a moment" with the scallops - they were incredible

Exquisite terrace situated under a canopy of large trees next to the Pike River, with a view of the mill nearby. The sound of rushing water is so relaxing yet invigorating. Ordered the duck confit salad expecting just yesterday's leftovers mixed together but was surprised at how everything (duck, goat cheese, walnuts, fruits, greens) was so fresh and tasted perfect.

Yummy food in a tiny town.Our Airbnb host recommended this French restaurant.We tried four mains and two appetizers. Everything was beautifully presented, tasted fresh, and seasoned and cooked to perfection. Only the cod was quite bland.Especially recommend the braised beef, pan seared scallops, and blue cheese aïoli salad.

Wonderful little find on a day trip out. Open Thursday through Sunday in off-season but everyday in season and if you catch it on a nice day you can sit by a beautiful River and enjoy a wonderful meal
