Karthik is a master of his craft. He has helped me with my shoulder pain that has plagued me for years. He is extremely gentle and soft spoken, but also very strong and will use his strength to counter you to help you exercise the muscles that need strengthening. I have not received treatment from other staff but they are always friendly and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend Karthik and his team! Definitely try them out if you need physiotherapy!

I was experiencing severe lower back pain due to tailbone injury and that had hindered my daily activities and chores. Pawni was my therapist and she was the best! She put together a great plan for my everyday exercises and gave such simple alternatives to daily chores that I was almost back to normal in a couple of weeks. She’s knowledgeable, patient and works with you! All in all she’s a great therapist! Definitely recommend her.

Great staff and experienced Physiotherapists and Massage therapists here. They are very friendly and take utmost care of their patients. They identify the root cause and provide the treatment to address the pain quickly. They got rid of my chronic back pain in just a week- I had struggled for months with other physiotherapists with no result. I would highly recommend this place for any Physio / Massage needs for anyone around GTA.

Pavani is the BEST. I’ve been to physio at a couple of other places and have never been given the attention and information that she gives. I’m currently attending for pelvic floor physiotherapy and am learning so much through Pavani! I have already recommended her to five others after only attending for three appointments and would absolutely return for other services. She is such a kind person, I would visit just to hang out with her for fun. :) I will be very sad when I no longer need to go every week. Absolutely recommend this business!

Meadowvale Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre
Had surgery on my spine in February to remove calcification of disc. I have been under Karthik’s Physiotherapy care since March to help muscles and nerves post-op. He has been wonderful helping me get movement back in my spine, hip and legs. I can definitely see a difference even when I walk. I would highly recommend! Stellar service and care.

Listen sincerely to my problem and I appreciate you both for your attention and service to get recover from my compression fracture on my spine. Excellent service from Pavani. I came in 6 weeks postpartum with very stiff legs and back. I could barely walk and she helped me get back on my feet again. The sessions are customized to my weekly needs. The staff is also very friendly. Would highly recommend!
