G had made the engagement ring of my dreams! He conducted beautiful work and my fiancé couldn’t stop raving about him and how much help and guidance he gave while design my ring. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and thank G for it!

I purchased an engagement ring and wedding band from a store in downtown, I was given the option to have the rings sized at an additional cost, the sizing of the rings would be performed by their partnered Goldsmith, as I needed them to be sized, I agreed to have the work done.After 3 long weeks finally got both rings back from the Goldsmith and at first glance, I was shocked and speechless of the job it was absolutely butchered and words can't describe how mad I was.I found Jewellery Clinic online so I stopped by after work and explained my situation, as I entered the store I was greeted and welcomed and felt very comfortable to have the rings repaired by them.I was needing the rings to be repaired, rhodium dipped, and appraised.Just 2 days later I got confirmation the everything is ready for pick-up. Super fast service!Once again I was welcomed and treated like a valued customer, The quality work they did was JUST AMAZING!!! The work was perfection, and absolutely stunning.I would like to thank everyone at Jewellery Clinic for the amazing work you did and the customer service you provide.

My husband went to Jewellery Clinic in 2018 to have an engagement/wedding ring custom-made for me. He was very particular, in his design wishes (kind of a perfectionist): a rose-shape head with one white centre diamond and many little peach-color diamonds on petals around it. They were not only able to masterfully construct the ring on a tight deadline, but also contribute to the design by completing it with a band resembling a rose's stem and leaves. The result: MAGIC!I couldn't have been happier!Since then they have become like friends to me, as I visit them about once a year to have it polished - always free of charge! I also went back to them for repairs and estimates of some old jewellery.And most recently I needed to have my wedding ring re-sized, and they managed to attach a few small gold studs inside the band to make it fit perfectly. These can later easily be removed again, if my fingers should ever get bigger. Their prices for any of that was very reasonable (and we are very frugal...).According to my husband, the cost of the custom-made ring was very reasonable. In fact, he thinks, it would have cost him more to buy a comparable pre-made ring in a regular jewellery store.I cannot praise them enough for their expertise in their craft, their devotion to detail and customer service excellence! I highly recommend them to anybody, that needs a great goldsmith.

Came in to have my engagement ring resized. The team at Jewellery Clinic are outstanding professionals! Teresa began our service with a thorough examination of the ring to ensure that they could deliver the same exact quality following its service. She made the whole process quick and informative.I was shocked at how quickly they were able to resize my ring! When I arrived to pick it up they put in the same care and attention, making sure I was happy with the resizing and that the ring was in the same quality as when I left it.With the speed and care they gave my engagement ring, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for my other jewellery needs and recommend this place to any others interested in jewelry service.

I came here after googling for a jewellery repair shop and this was the first result, for a good reason indeed!My mother's gold necklace was broken and my bracelet that my friends got for me needed soldering, both were done professionally and succinct matter. The necklace took around 3 days (excluding weekends) and the bracelet in 15 minutes. I was very pleased with my experience here and want to share my appreciation with this review.I hope the person reading this will be assured that their broken piece of jewelry, one that had much momento, love and care poured into it, will come back alive at this place. I will come back here without hesitation if my jewelry is damaged (I really hope not tho). Give this place a try! This place is great! We brought my wedding ring for repair and also decided to upgrade my engagement ring. I am very picky with ring design, but we were able to find something that I really like and I end up having an amazing ring done for me within a very short period or time. Staff is super friendly, positive and helpful. Customer experience above all expectations. Highly recommend this place!!

I got my wife's (gf at the time) custom engagement ring made by G and his team back in September 2020. This review is very late, but I was recently admiring my wife's engagement ring and it reminded me to leave a review! The Jewellery Clinic team were a pleasure to work with and took all my comments to consideration when designing the ring. I was always able to reach them on the phone and they answer emails promptly.The most important thing to me was that I wanted to reuse my late mother's engagement ring and redesign it to fit my wife's style. This ring has great sentimental value and I wanted to salvage every part of the ring and not let anything go to waste. Most places told me that they can only reuse the diamonds and I'd need to buy new gold for the new ring, which means they would dispose of the gold from my mom's ring. But Jewellery Clinic told me they were able to reuse all parts of the ring, including the gold, in the new ring for my wife.I am so grateful for the Jewellery Clinic and my wife absolutely loves the ring! Two years later and here we are married with a newborn child. Thank you for helping me start off this wonderful journey with my family on a good note, guys!

This place is fantastic! They were able to take out my links to shorten the bracelet on my watch and replace my watch battery in minutes. Excellent customer service, all while I sat there for a few minutes while they fixed my watch. Highly recommended!
