Do not sign any contracts with this store they will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign a contract. I specifically asked for coverage against theft and the employee replied yes. Guess what? Not true and they can’t even help me track it because for some reason it won’t show up on find my iPhone anymore. Useless provider and absolutely terrible store. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSE WHERE.EDIT::::If you do business with them record everything their surveillance cameras have no audio (wonder why lol)

The customer service at this store is amazing to be honest! I recently bought a phone and moved to rogers. Amal helped me this. He was so nice and polite, very knowledgeable and got me the best deal ever! I am definitely going back there in the future and sending my friends and family.I went to the store after work when they were about to close but he took time to help me get the right phone and the right plan. His coworker (I didnt catch her name ) was also very nice and helpful. I am very happy with my purchase and 10/10 would recommend this store.

*611 was not able to find this location and I have been waiting a month for my phone. One phone has completely disappeared and they had to cancel my upgrade. *611 said there is a chance I may not get the phone at the same deal on the phone despite them losing the phone. I have spent over four hours on the phone to no avail. I have been with Rogers for over fifteen years and I am very disappointed with how this has gone. The workers at this location are excellent, these issues have nothing to do with them.

My first time to this store. Went into the store for customer service. 3 guys standing around idle. I received no help whatsoever. Apparently, customer service doesn't exist anymore. It's no wonder there were no customers in the store. What a disappointment. They did nothing to gain a potential customer. I won't be going there again.

I highly recommend this Rogers store. Especially recently when I needed help sending help uploading photos from my phone to my chrome book to upload for an art course. Sukhpreet helped me so much as I am older and still learning how to use my phone and chrome. Being able to have your staff take the time to walk me through this process means so much to me. I am enjoying my art course and doing well , and able to submit my assignments, thanks to your very supportive and patient staff.With much appreciation and gratitude
