The staff were very helpful. I just needed a sweater because I was visiting Toronto and it had become colder than I had anticipated that it would be. The staff here were very helpful in picking a style that suited me and was comfortable. The sweater I ended up buying was also half price! Bonus! A nice atmosphere and calm and helpful employees made this quick visit a memorable one.

Got a sweater as a birthday gift, my identification clearly shows my birthday on it. Tags on sweater. All I wanted to do was exchange it for something more suitable for my vacation in Cancun next week and the employees were going to exchange it, I walked around picked out something I liked only to be told I couldn't return it. Unworn tags still on.Won't be shopping here anymore. LV and Gucci treat their clients way better and won't waste my time.

Made an online order for a jacket which was a really adorable purchase. Headed in person to the store where I met a lovely employee named Adriana had a pleasure talking to her. Great communication skills and knowledge on store items. If anyone happens to interact with her make sure you leave a good review as she is very helpful. Definitely left me with a smile on my face, I would definitely purchase again from this location.

I used to be a loyal customer until they increased their prices drastically. $110 for a dress shirt ? $250 for pants ? However quality remained the same.They used to have sales frequently but anymore.I’m taking my business elsewhere now.
