My new sun glasses were recently stolen and the service I received last Saturday to replace them was excellent….just waiting for them to come in.

The staff at Roma Optical at 200 Windflower Gate are friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. I was tested and fitted for contact lenses and eye glasses. Although I had a lot of difficulty with the contact lenses, the staff were gracious and took lots of time to explain. I love my new eyewear!! Seeing everything in focus again is wonderful.

They repaired my Prada sunglasses, they didn’t charge me,,but it’s the customer service that is extremely pleasant,, definitely 5 star service and 5 star staff,,

Went in to repair my glasses, I was helped right away and very fast. Everyone is so nice at Roma.

It felt like you were walking into a fancy boutique with the all white marble look, natural sunlights, display cases full of designer glasses and sunglasses.The staff was very attentive and helpful. Lots of well known and lesser known designers. Prices are a little high but it is expected given the brand name you are buying. Like Dior, Fendi, Ray Bans, Tiffany, Tom Ford, etc.I had a wonderful experience even though I didn't end up purchasing anything from them.

After visiting a few stores, none were able to replace the missing rubber peice that rests on your nose.Staff here took the glasses and were able to get a replacement peice and get it done in.a few minutes.Would definitely recommend.Big Thank you

I have been coming here for 10+ years and will continue to do so for many years to come. I came here yesterday for a pair of glasses for myself and sunglasses for my partner. Mary-Jane was there to help us and she provided the best service we’ve ever had. She was so patient with us trying on so many glasses, and was so helpful in providing her overall opinion and knowledge. She is by far my favourite representative to deal with - has the best customer service skills and always willing to go above and beyond to help you. The location has very friendly staff and it’s very clean. They have a wide variety of designer glasses available, just what your looking for to be in style and look good. The insurance process was seamless and they were so helpful in explaining what exactly it is you need to do to submit to insurance. I would recommend this place to anyone I speak with in a heartbeat.
