The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me figure out what shoes my corporate discount applied to. I ended up getting 2 pairs of the same shoes, but the prices were different on the boxes. She honored the lower price for both! 100% will be back

I went to this store after seeing all the commercials for slip on shoes because I am suffering from injuries as a result of an auto accident. The sales ladies were very unwilling to help. I normally take a size 10.5 so I selected an 11 but I couldn't slipin" so I asked if they had a shoehorn. They brought a 3 inch shoehorn. I decided to wait to talk to a manager. "I'm one of the managers " gave me an arrogant reply and was most unhelpful."

The thing that solidifies customer loyalty is a positive, memorable interaction with knowledgeable staff. I’ve been to this location twice and experienced outstanding service from Ken who has made it his business to independently study the technology behind the products, and the role functional design plays in supporting different physical needs, problems and other factors that affect choosing the mos suitable footwear. With a dizzying choice of styles & design elements that can affect outcomes, Ken was able to intelligently listen to my needs & requirements, giving informed and unbiased advice. This helped prevent the “overwhelmed” feeling, saving time as well. Ken is an asset to this organization. N a previous recent visit, Heidi too was extremely well informed and knowledgeable. Highly recommend these two great associates & this Skechers location.

Got two lovely pairs of sandals/flip flops for my wife. Imalka helped me get the right design and right sizes, its always nice to come across such sales associates which make your shopping experience wonderful. In the end happy wife happy life.
