I had a (new) Gentek window crack on me after about 4 months (possibly an installation error). Gentek completely supported me in the replacement of the glass which was recently installed. Thank you so much!

Put in a claim for warranty on windows in July, its now October and have not heard anything from this company.This will be second warranty claim on windows installed in 2018.Poor quality (seal failure on 2 windows), poor customer service (not responsive).Many other window companies in Kelowna, would not recommend them.

I hired a contractor to replace my sliding patio door. He used Gentek to buy new doors. The doors became foggy in between the glasses, so we asked for it to be replaced. We submitted the claim in January 2023. Its July now, my sliding door have not yet been replaced nor were we given a timeline to receive a new item. The contrantor who did the work that I trust say, he called the comany many times to follow up on the claim and now Gentek is ignoring his calls. Horrible customer service! I am starting to doubt my sliding doors are ever going to be replaced!

Went to Gentek with an old piece of J vinyl edging that I could not find anywhere, Adam and the lady I think Susan was her name absolutely saved my day, color match to the closest they had in stock (1 shade darker) and sold me a piece even though I wasn't a contractor. These guys rock I would highly recommend top knotch customer service and assistant. Thank you so much!!
