Drain Master Trenchless Water Lines

When your water line is hemorrhaging and your water bill is going through the roof, you want fast service. I got it from Drain Master. Tyler showed up quickly and ascertained the problem. Two days later the crew--George, Farzan and Hugo--showed up (despite the heavy snow that had paralyzed the city) and started working on replacing the water line from the back lane meter to the building. They remained cheerful and helpful despite the extreme cold that had me taking them cups of hot tea and refused my entreaties to come inside to warm up a bit but insisted on keeping working. They hooked up a temporary line so that the tenants would have water overnight then showed up the next day to finish the job. Very impressive and dedicated workers indeed! A few days later, Andy showed up and did a first-rate job of repairing the sidewalk. Jody in the office was efficient and a pleasure to deal with. And the price for all this was reasonable given the amount of work involved. I highly recommend Drain Master.

Had a great experience with this company and their employees. Yousef,Felipo and Keflom were there for 2 days and not in very good conditions...lots of mud and water and also doing so much in the small crawl space. Sami was there the last day to put it all back..still wet mud! These guys were always smiling and cheerful! Very professional and would recommend them highly! Thanks again guys!!!

We had a water back up in our basement during the recent rain storm, they determined that our drain pipes needed replace using their Trenchless Water Lines system. They finished the work within days for a reasonable price! Thank you!

Pros:Very quick response to get the quote.Admin staff is courteous and great.The guys that did the actual work, incredible. They worked so hard and got the job done quickly.Cons:They had to reschedule the dayThe plumber misdiagnosed the issue.I had 2 other people give me quotes. Both of which confirmed my suspicions. The plumber gave me a new quote based on those suspicions which turned out to be about 1/2 of the original quote and fixed the problem.

I NEVER write reviews,but I am writing this one because my Drain Master experience has been so positive that I want other people to know about them if they are faced with the stress of replacing a house water line. I had our home's main water line replaced in August 2018 & chose them after vetting 4 other companies because: cool technology, minimal property excavation & their 25 year warranty. As well, their quote was by far the cheapest- not always a good thing, I know, but the other quotes were simply obscenely higher that I had to weigh it. For example, the next closest quote was 4 grand higher and the highest quote 20 grand more. I book the job, the workmen who came were active thinkers, skilled workers and easy to have around, and the line was replaced with only 2 small holes in our carport. Amazing. Please know that our job was a tricky one with older piping and atypical line placement. No problems deterred these men and they returned to work 3 separate days with solutions and a great attitude each time. The final day, the crew laid down new asphalt to seal the holes. Awesome from start to finish!Fast foreward to last week, and the asphalt patches have broken a bit. So I call DrainMaster- more amazing service from real people. Sure enough, within the week, the holes were redone beautifully once again. Thank You, Drain Master! You are truly a top not business and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. You're the real deal.

Repaired main water line to house after leak discovered between meter and interior shutoff valve - quick response, kept to a very reasonable estimate, adapted the original plan for the repair to match local site conditions as more information became available. Team was professional, and courteous to tenant. Would recommend Drain Master highly!

Our waterline sprung a leak under our house (a bungalow on slab!). I assumed that to replace the line would mean digging up our living room and dining room floors. A plumber directed me to Drain Master, and I'm pleased he did. Tyler came by and gave me a quote the same day I contacted the company. They scheduled the job 2 working days later. Jose and Pedro started at the scheduled time in the morning and completed the job the same day. The floors in the house and the lawn were untouched. They did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them.

Look no further for broken water main line repairs - Doing business with this company was an absolute pleasure from the time Jerry came out to estimate my broken water main to Daniel and Victor coming for the repair. They did an excellent job, they were professional, and displayed considerable patience explaining every step they took along the way. Not only did they put the yard back in order, they did an excellent job repairing the concrete from the access hole they had to dig inside.
