We are delighted with our Montorio Townhouse in Triomphe Estates, Beaumont. Every one at Montorio was helpful with the purchase and any followup visits for repairs where done quickly. Great workmanship and wonderful people to deal with. I highly recommend Montorio as a home builder.

I found an amazing home, exceptionally well thought out and constructed by Montorio Homes in Edmonton. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was more than I had anticipated I’d find. So many great features including a curved staircase at the front door, very open inside with plenty of natural light, a fantastic kitchen, dining and living space on the main floor along with a larger garage and a walkout toward a beautiful treed reserve. Montorio truly has the best support staff always able to answer questions and direct the appropriate resources to address the very few things I found over my first year in my house. I’m so fortunate to have found a house that checked off all the boxes, I couldn’t be happier! Thank you to Nicole, Cathy and Jim for quick and pleasant responses. Your interest was to always to make sure things were done right.

I have built with Montorio Homes on three separate occasions over 12 years. From my starter Duplex home, to a single attached garage home, to a larger family home with a finished basement. Their standard specification is far superior to majority of the competitors I've seen. Quality of build was excellent. There were lots of options available for upgrades, and dealt with professional and knowledgeable trade partners.Large variety of floor plans to choose from and very accommodating to our needs.I would highly recommend Montorio Homes to any potential buyer!!!

I had concrete chipping in my garage. Montorio homes agreed to fixed even though it was not in scope of new home warranty!

Stay away from this builder if you don’t want to have headaches in the future, this builder destroyed my final grade, I have been contacted them for a long time and they always promised to fix it but did not show up..I can’t go on to my landscape as it needs to be fix first..and everytime you call their office, the lady name karen will not help you also, she won’t even listen when you are talking, she will interrupt you, very unprofessional, she will just promise you the same thing all over again. They didn’t do a good job on our driveway as well, not just my driveway but to all of my neighbors who were from this builder. We had all the same issue with our driveway. I already warned all of my friends and coworkers who planned to buy a house this year to take the montorio out of their list, I don’t want them to experience the same headache I had.!

Well built houses at an affordable price. Good materials and good after- sales support. Our contact person Stacey was simply fantastic.Master builders!
