In December my friend got into a car accident and was so afraid and unsure what to do. Thankfully Mike and his partner were so kind and helpful ensuring she felt both comfortable and safe throughout the whole recovery process. From what was once a horrible experience became a stress-free situation for my friend. I hope that if you are ever in the unfortunate situation of a car accident it's Mike that's there to accommodate you.

He was absolutely so helpful, came to the location super fast, and was really kind in this stressful situation. The thing that stood out to me was he didn’t try to rip us off at all, even tried to instruct us how to fix the issue when he could’ve just gotten the money. 10/10

Mike was absolutely amazing! My daughter was involved in a car accident and coincidentally it was right in front of where he lived. Not only did he come to her rescue immediately with his tow truck, he provided emotional support until I was able to get there, provided video of the accident from his home camera and made all arrangements to get her car towed first to the collision centre and then to the auto body shop near our house and worked with the body shop to get a rental in place right away. In my opinion he went above and beyond what was expected and seems like the type of person that truly has all your concerns in his heart. Hopefully we won’t need him in the future, but he definitely would be the first person I call when in need. Thank you very much Mike!!

Hooked 416 saved me today and I can’t recommend this towing company enough. My car battery died on me right when I was about to head in to work. I called Hooked 416 and Mike was there boosting my battery before I even knew it. Extremely personable guy with great customer service and advice. I was hesitant at first calling a tow truck company because if heard bad things about them in the media. If you need a tow truck you MUST call Hooked 416. Extremely professional and trustworthy. 10/10!

I've never experienced customer service like this before and Mike definitely exceeded all of my expectations today. He was right there at each step after the horrible car accident I experienced this afternoon. From the scene to collision centre, picking up my car rental (ensuring me I wouldn't be without a car - after-hours and all), to even transferring ALL my many belongings, and finally dropping off my bag personally after I left it in his truck the same evening. Although this was an awful accident, mike really made things super easy and pleasent for me. He literally took care of everything. I consider him a friend and I'd recommend him to family, my closest friends and everyone I know.

I feel so lucky that Mike ended up being my tow guy after being hit in a car accident. He provides a level of customer service you wouldn’t expect. He is really friendly, and just assures you that you are being well taken care of. After 20yrs of driving without an accident, it was nice to have his great advice and feel like I was in good hands. When this happens, i expected that everything was going to be a big hassle to get it resolved, but Mike took good care of me and made everything as easy as possible. Highly recommend.

Mike was absolutely fantastic. I got into a collision, coincidently right by where he was, before I could even realize what was going on he was there and helping out. I was shaken and over all a mess. He provided me with amazing service and support. He explained everything in a matter I could understand (as this was my first, and hopefully last, wreck). Got everything under control for and with me and just provided me with an overall comfortable and calming experience. Thank you very much.

An absolutely beyond fantastic business with incredible service run by amazing people. I truly can’t say enough great things about the way Mike was able to help me after I had an accident and needed towing. An absolute 10 out of 10 business!!

I was driving along, when suddenly I was hit by behind. Mike appeared as if out of nowhere and took car of all the details that are unknown, difficult and confusing at a time when your evening plans are suddenly derailed and how you don’t know how. You’re going to get home. Mike explain what need to happen, towed my car and took me to the collision reporting centre. He answered all my questions, arranged a rental drove me to pick it. He even helped me open my trunk, which was not easy after the accident and made sure I didn’t forget any necessary items. Mike was amazing! Of course, no one wants to find themselves in need of a tow truck, but should you ever be, I would highly recommend Mike and the services of hooked416.
