The service is good, but the quality of the people are amazing! The person doing the initial consultation “was so great with my son. What is complete, we have follow-up questions regarding the chemicals used and not only did they call me back after the job is done and paid for, but they also send me a PDF report on everything I asked about it, above and beyond!!

Dean scheduled his team to arrive within 3 hours of our initial phone consultation. This was very impressive. His team handled the matter very professionally and were very helpful. I am highly satisfied with the services provided and would recommend and use their services again.

Ottawa Extreme CleanI would like to personally thank you at OEC for the hard and professional work completed recently.I highly recommend this company for all matters of above normal cleaning requirements, we recently had some pretty terrible tenants that damaged the floors and left garbage everywhere, this company brought the place back to brand new / move in ready status.This will be in my roll for companies to call when you need quick and proper procedures for cleaning to be done.

I was disgusted with the way our things were handled. Thrown into boxes or bags. No deep cleaning was done. The kitchen had a decent cleaning and the rest of the house was barely swept. Home left unsecured multiple times. Fragiles packed no protection. Boxes of kitchen items (plates etc) dropped on the floor then kicked across the floor. Many items were broken and many other items are now missing. First and last experience with this companyIn response to éxtreme cleans responseAbsolutely there was no choice in the company, if there was this would not have been it. ALL interactions with the employees were recorded and there was zero hostility. There were cameras in the unit also recording the behaviours. No authorities were involved nor was there eviction. There’s also photos of the unit not being secured and no one there. The house was not even close to deep cleaned as we were told. All itemsTo be cleaned boxed and bagged yet they weren’t cleaned except the dishes which many were broken as they were placed in boxes with no protection. Items asked to be saved were thrown out or are now missing. We are missing many small appliances.Please do read my other reviews. I have not been less than fair and given good reviews when such is deserved.I hope you have a wonderful day

I consulted with Dean prior to having work done on a house that was very much in need of some significant TLC. He advised me what they could do, how long it would take and the cost for the services. I agreed and we scheduled a time. The crew arrived, on schedule, and performed a deep clean" of the entire house. The before and after was like night and day. In my particular case it was well worth the time and expense."

I can't say enough good things about this company. My husband and I hired them to do an extreme clean of my mother in law's place prior to selling. The house had been smoked in for well over 35 years. The difference was night and day. After this team came in, the smell was completely gone. They don't just mask it, they eliminate it! All the staff were available 24/7 and their communication was outstanding. They really went above and beyond. I don't typically take the time to write reviews, but based on my experience with this team, I had to. Dean, Taylor and Sara, thank you so so much for all your help!!

Used the company twice. The first time was last year when my father passed away. I needed someone to come in asap to have the carpets cleaned. They were very professional and compassionate. I called them again this year and the service was amazing. Sarah and Dean are very knowledgeable and friendly. The world feels so crucial and negative lately and I have to say, it was refreshing to have such a positive friendly experience.

I do not believe in doing reviews, however, this is an exception. My first contact was with a very pleasant young lady who was sympathetic to my problem. She explained in detail what they would do, and gave me a very quick appointment. When the crew arrived they were COVID compliant, and immediately went to work. In no time at all they had restored my tiles to their original appearance. I no longer had to be embarrassed with the DIY fixing I tried to do. Besides getting the job done perfectly the crew were very professional, well mannered, and pleasant. Unfortunately there are only five stars on the review page, as I would have given them a 10. I highly recommend this company. I am now going to engage them in another project I have going. A big thank you to all of you.
