The Virtual assistance is of very limited use, could not get access to a human no matter how I tried. It is not able to deviate from script. Pressing O just got me back into the beginning of the cycle.

I went to this branch in-person to switch my existing credit card over, rather than completing this online as I wanted to ensure there would be no errors.That was a mistake, I was unfortunately put with Hussein Ahmed Khalifa (Mutual Funds Representative). After a questionable customer service experience, I received my card in the mail. It is NOT the card I requested from Hussein.I am in disbelief that this serious of a mistake can happen, it was clear what card I wanted to switch too. While providing my income verification for the card I wanted he suddenly did not need the information anymore. I now know that this was because he took it upon himself to apply for a different card.I will be setting up an in-person meeting with the branch manager, and I expect there to be repercussions for his actions, as this is my personal credit we are dealing with, not a candy bar.Do yourself a favour, do anything you can yourself online and if you really need to go in-person there are many other branch options.

I read some of the reviews and I had to write mine down. I've been a customer of these branch around 30 years and I have never had a bad service. Through out the years all the staff are helpful and very polite. Lately I do my banking on line but when I have to go to the branch I've found the same level of service: helpful, friendly and polite.

I have been a customer of the RBC or years. I am very disappointed to learn that the RBC is the fifth largest global investor in the oil industry investing over 50 Billion $ Canadian since the 2016 Paris Climate Accord. When is the RBC going to start taking the sustainability and security of the life and civilization of this planet seriously?

I had an appointment with Thomas to open a business account. and he is a very nice guy. He went through all the details with me and he had no problem to keep repeating and made everything clear very recommended.

After banking with RBC for over 4 years went to this branch today to get A CHEQUE" and met the most egoistic assistant branch manager ever "Kristen brass". Who first lied about a service and when I called him out on it he was speechless and started behaving childish. It's very disappointing to get turned down for a service and with disrespectful manner. Surely moving my business to different bank."

Waited in line for 10 mins with just 1 teller.2 customers including me gave up and left. There was another business bank teller who saw the customers and did not bother to serve us.

I wanted to open a business account. Their online and phone banking both wouldn't let me open an account. When I went in I waited for a while before seeing someone, and he made an appointment for me, two days later. I've never found it so difficult to become a new customer somewhere! I won't bother with the appointment and I won't bother with RBC again.

Justin the teller gave me the worst customer service and his manager stood there like nothing happened. I went to the RBC at Speers road. Andrew is the best there and he said he is sorry the way they treated me.
