Their policies are ridiculous! Placing an order online but have no options to change the name of person picking up the order, is hey refuse to give my husband my order because his name wasn’t on the order, although our ID’s have the same address. Then when the item is in stock in store all around the city I’m in but have to wait how many days before I can pick up my order even though it’s in stock at every location in my city! Absolute nonsense! Will never be ordering online or buying from the source again! I will be telling everyone I know about the awful experience I hve had during this whole process!

Paolo at this location was very patient and helpful in selecting the right product for myself. He answered all questions I had and even offered to help set it up in the store after the transaction was complete. Very friendly and helpful, would shop here again just from this employees customer service.

I got my sim yesterday from there. the staff over there, specially Moushumi , was very efficient . The whole process just took 15 minutes and i also got a great deal. i would love to go back there and do other shopping.
