Halloween Alley

Pretty disappointed that we weren't able to exchange a costume we bought an hour ago. We got a 0-6 month outfit that is already too small for our 2 month old. We wanted to swap it out for a larger size but were told it was not possible. Makes it hard to shop local if there is zero accomodations available. I understand if we'd had the costume for awhile or if the package was torn apart. But it was exactly as we bought it. Just needed a bigger size. Weren't trying to return it as their return policy is very clear. But an exchange for a different size? We won't be able to shop here again.

Came in the other day looking for fake blood (just in time for Halloween ofc) and a lovely staff worker named Raechel went in the back and came back out with a gigantic vat of blood-like fluid.I personally think she went and got it out of her car and she's secretly been collecting it on her personal travel/endeavors.Either way-- I got exactly what I wanted and could not name a better Halloween store off the top of my head this time of year. Raechel deserves a promotion to franchise manager.

Complete joke. Ill take part responsibility for not looking closer at the size but we noticed it at the till right as i paid and asked if he could quickly exchange it right at the till for one size bigger for our daughter and the cow working at the till laughed at us and said sale was final after i paid didnt even walk 2 steps away from her. Terrible customer service in my opinion. Gonna make sure everyone we know doesnt shop here ever again. 150 fricken dollar for 2 kids costumes and she couldnt even let a size switch happen.

My mother In law bought a kids costume that was marked as $39.99 and then was charged $49.99. When she noticed the error the staff was rude and refused to refund her. They then threatened her with either taking the costume or leave it behind without a refund.They state that their policy is that the computer" is the correct price

I have a great time every time I shop here it makes it all the better it’s Canadian owned. I’ve noticed it has a wide variety of prices and sizes for everyone including myself! I’ve always hd a hard time shopping for Halloween costumes for example having to settle for less because I’m not able to find the proper size or good price point without costing an arm and a leg but here I was able to find what I needed. I recommend everyone to come give this place a look cause I bet you will find what you’re looking for. The customer service is amazing as well I commend the staff for working so hard to give the best experience for the customer

Amazing costume selection, lots of diverse sizes and styles at nice prices. The best part is they have baby carrier costumes so when I take the kids out this year, I can even bring our littlest. Rachel was amazing help! The decorations had a perfect mix of cute and scary, indoor and outdoor. It makes me so excited for halloween!

Amazing service and wide selection for all price points as well as a lot more sizing options than your typical Halloween store! I was able to buy my kids all coustumes and my own on a budget thanks Halloween alley! :)

Loved the vibe and decor of this store, that's my favourite part of Halloween is shopping and experiening people who love Halloween just as much as I!!

Got my daughters costume here about 5 days ago. The experience was terrible. Was there with my 4 kids and husband and got followed around by and older lady. Next my daughter was touching a scary decoration and she screams “DONT TOUCH THAT”. Terrible
