LeafFilter Gutter Protection

We are very happy with the work done: supplying some new gutters and installing them plus cleaning some of the gutters that did not require changing. We were told of all the work that would be performed and Laurel was very professional as she walked us through the whole procedure. Our estimate was also a bit of a challenge as my mother has dementia and can be difficult at times. She insisted on being present during this but Laurel handled the whole situation professionally and if she were flustered by it, I couldn't tell. Communication with the office was good and the timeliness was appreciated. Thanks to the whole team for your professionalism.

Leaf Filter product is very high quality and, surprisingly, the sales process was very thorough but not high pressure. If anything, the sales presentation was too long. I was ready to talk cost after looking at the physical product up close. Also, Leaf Filter was willing to do a small section of the house, not the entire structure so that we can add product as we choose. We had the gutters that seem to collect the most leaves and debris done first. Our sales rep showed via wireless camera the gutters that had a lot of material in them and those that didn't - without having to get on the roof. Leaf Filter has an excellent warranty and the warranty can be transferred to new ownership. I would recommend this product and company.

What was promised is not what was delivered. Pushy sales, poor quality of work and no customer service to voice my concerns to. I reached out to the sales person and got a I'm out of town

The process from the online interest submission to installation of the LeafFilter gutter protection was about 3 days. The sales rep was at my house the next day. There is no waiting for parts to come in from somewhere outside of my city. Installation took maybe 3 hours.

I left my phone number with a guy from the company at Lilac Festival which I guess was required for them to give you a flyer because it was attached to some information form. Since that day, I have had 15 phone calls from these guys. It’s been less than a month. Some calls as early as 8 in the morning. I was going to connect with the company on my own time eventually but because of the constant nagging I will not be. I really just want these calls to stop!

The best protection against all debris. Great staff the installers are very well trained. Highly-qualified professionals who get the job done right the first time. Gutter G.O.A.T installed them

Although the representative was great and informative I sat through an hour of sales pitch before it was found out the type of gutters I had was not compatible with their product. The man on the speaker phone did not even apologize for wasting my time.

Sales person went to my father's house to give him a quote, sales person told him $6900 which was way over priced for the size of the house. Sales person then asked his age and said there was a discount for 65 year Olds, still way over priced the sales person then pretended to call his boss, came back with a quote for $3400! My father then realized this was a scam and said no, the sales person then ripped the quote from his hands and said you are just like all the other old people and just can't afford our product. He continued to walk away and call my 65 year old father a girl...Terrible product terrible service terrible customer service."

Sales people were great and so was installer. I'm thinking the product I costly as I can't see the expense for 1 person working for 2 hours or so. It definitely looks like a good qualityproduct!!

What a con. Do not reach out to this company if you are looking for gutters. They wanted $7k to install gutters. Over 10 times the amount of my other estimates. Also, the sales staff are very pushy and rude. Almost had to call the cops as the guy would not leave our house.
