Michelle did a fantastic job planning and coordinating our dream Tuscan wedding. She helped bring our vision to life, and was able to navigate the challenges that come with planning an overseas wedding. For a year, we would regularly touch base on our vision for the wedding and what our options were. She would consistently calm my nerves, and did an incredible job coordinating the many vendors and unforeseen circumstances on the day of the wedding. Jeff did an amazing job officiating, and was also instrumental in the set up and coordination on our wedding day. We have recommended Maeck Weddings to friends and family, and are very thankful for their involvement in our special day!

Jeff was absolutely incredible to work with and made so many things easier for us. Not only was he (obviously) a phenomenal officiant, he made us feel better about the process beforehand and helped calm our nerves for the days schedule. He made us all laugh and was extremely professional! Everyone commented on how wonderful our officiant was. If we have any advice for wedding planning - it's spend your money on your team/people for the day! And for us, we're so happy Jeff was one of those people!

The absolute most flawless team ever! So many of my guests complimented Jeff - the ceremony was just perfection! Some tears, but lots of smiles and tons of laughs! Michelle was a god sent. Everything went so smoothly, Michelle was on top of everything, I had the most stress free, enjoyable day ever! Not to mention they are the most friendly, outgoing people too. I cannot say enough great things about them - definitely highly recommend!!

Jeff was our officiant at our wedding in February 2023, and it was absolutely fantastic! We had people asking us all night if Jeff was a friend of ours, and how long we had known him. He made the ceremony truly enjoyable for everyone who attended. Our guests let us know how much they appreciated how joyful and personal the ceremony was because of Jeff’s approach to officiating! The stories of how we met, to the silly little jokes based on the stories we shared with him - it was so much fun all throughout.If you’re looking for someone to share in the laughs and really do an incredible job in telling your love story on your wedding day, I would highly recommend getting in touch with him!

If you read the other reviews you will quickly find out how great Jeff is, and it's all true I agree. But the true star of the show here is Michelle Maeck! I was not looking forward to planning my wedding, I had grown skeptical of the industry. My wedding was Nov 2022, at Langdon Hall, arguably the busiest year ever for weddings. Michelle took loads of time tolerating my poor attitude, and holding my hand and guiding me through the process. I actually had a good time and was never annoyed once! Which is a miracle in my opinion. Michelle made all the annoying things and stress go away. I didn't have to spend my free time researching, emailing, bargain shopping, or negotiating with vendors.I know people are skeptical of hiring a middle man in any industry, but I assure you even financially it makes sense. Before hiring Michelle I had tried reaching out to one vendor. The price they gave me made me quit my wedding. Michelle found vendors so much more cost effective she paid for herself!I had a wonderful wedding day, I was not stressed for a minute. I absolutely loved it! I have seen stress on wedding days, often not from the bride. This did not happen with Michelle around, she personally knows all the vendors so you do not have to worry about someone not showing up, or getting something mixed up. If you do not care about details (me) she will just tell you what is best, as she does this every weekend, and you can just say yes to her recommendations! Even my MOH, who got married a few years years ago, now says she recommends to everyone to get a planner.TLDR: I know people think they can plan weddings themselves and think they are saving money skipping the planner. Taking recommendations from previous brides makes no sense, they have 1 data point, you cannot develop an informed trend with this amount of experience. I had been a bridesmaid almost 10 times before my wedding, I have wedding experience. If you have a decent budget and do not want to waste a dollar of it, hire a planner, not just day of coordination, hire full planning. Hire Michelle.

When searching for an officiant Jeff caught our eye immediately. His website really emphasized the importance of the ceremony- the reason we are having a wedding. His passion made him the perfect fit for us. We reached out in 2021 to see if our 2022 date was available and unfortunately he was already booked. We continued our search but we weren’t able to find anyone that we felt was the right officiant for us.I decided to reach out again in 2022 and luckily the couple previously using our date ended up eloping and Jeff was available!Jeff made the entire process from start to finish seamless and walked us through every step. The wedding planning process can be daunting but Jeff took the time to walk us through this and answer any and all questions we had. He really made an effort to meet with us and learn who we are as a couple. As a result our ceremony was exactly what we expected. It was personal, emotional and beautiful. Many of our guests asked us if Jeff was a friend of ours and we received many compliments on how enjoyable the ceremony was. Jeff also gave us all the information we needed for obtaining our marriage licence and what to do after the celebration is over.Funny moment: my grandmother was expecting an usher to walk her down the aisle (which we did not have) and Jeff noticed her at the end of the aisle and kindly escorted her down.We would highly recommend Jeff to any couple looking for an officiant. You won’t be disappointed!!

Jeff is THE BEST. No questions asked. For so many reasons. As soon as we got engaged, we immediately knew who we wanted to be with us on that special day making it all official - absolute no brainer it was Jeff.He made the process easy. The marriage license/vows/ceremony aspect of the wedding was one we were uncomfortable with because we weren’t quite sure where to even start. From the beginning, Jeff laid everything out so clearly in an easy to understand way. It truly took the stress off of us knowing Jeff had it handled or would tell us what we needed to do.He made the process fun. We always got so excited when we got an email from Jeff or had an upcoming meeting with him (might have had something to do with the epic use of Gifs in his emails… who knows). The one form he has us fill out individually could have been a daunting task, but the questions he asked were so fun – we both had a blast reminiscing about our relationship over the years and trying to guess what the other person said!THE PERSONALIZED CEREMONY. I can’t rave about this enough. This ceremony was 10000% us. One thing I loved was that he asked us each secret questions that we weren’t supposed to tell each other before the wedding, and we were both so excited to hear what Jeff pulled on to create our ceremony. This excitement took the stress or nervousness out of the ceremony for us. And we laughed the. entire. time. So much so that our faces actually hurt after the ceremony. It felt like our best friend was officiating our wedding. He captured us, our relationship, and our love so perfectly in the words he said.I truly want to redo our wedding day just so I can experience this ceremony with Jeff again!

Working with Jeff for our wedding was one of the BEST decisions we made and we could not be happier with how wonderful and personal our ceremony was. It was important for us to have lots of laughs and have the entire thing feel relaxed and comfortable and Jeff absolutely nailed it. One of the most consistent compliments about our day was how fabulous he was! We never thought in a million years we would feel comfortable being the centre of attention but Jeff just had a way of making us feel like we were just hanging out with all of our favourite people in a normal, chill environment. The entire process from our first meet and greet to the day of ceremony was flawless, amazing organization and communication.We had to change our venue during the planning process to a venue nearly two hours away and not only did Jeff agree and move dates with us (twice!), he honoured the original venue preferred discount" and was so reasonable with his travel fee. He helped a very stressful situation feel less stressful and we will always be thankful to him for that.We cannot recommend Jeff enough

We hired Jeff to be our officiant for our October 2022 wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made for our big day. Jeff was AMAZING to work with from start to finish. We knew 20 seconds into our consult that we were going to hire him and it's easy to see why. Jeff is the perfect balance of fun and laid back with professional, organized and reliable. He made the entire process a breeze and stress-free, as it should be. Our ceremony had laughter, tears and so many special moments. We got so many compliments from our wedding guests about how ours was the best or most fun ceremony they had every been to, and we have plenty of photos of guests laughing and crying to prove it. Jeff made us feel comfortable writing and reading our own vows and so even as highly anxious people, we totally nailed it. We would not hesitate to hire Jeff again and will forever refer couples his way. Thank you, Jeff, for helping to make our dreams for our day a reality!
