Jack's Cycle

The guys at Jack's Cycles are amazing, I brought a cruiser bike and it needed some serious attention!After taking the bike to a number of other places that could only help me by appointment in 6 weeks time and asking for a deposit to hold the booking.The guys at Jacks took my bike in on Saturday and while closed on Sunday and Monday was ready for pickup on Wednesday! I received an almost new bike back from them and super amazed what they could do in a short time and at a price lower than expected!!!Thank you so much guys my bike will be returning to you when it needs something!!!

I went in to repair 2 tires for my granddaughters bike. It was a pretty small purchase in a place with bikes worth multiple thousands. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They made me feel valued even on such a small purchase. Great customer service!

My boyfriend and I went to Jack’s today to have a tire and rim replaced from my daughter’s bike after it was accidentally dragged behind her dads RV. At first they said it didn’t need a rim as it was not bent. And quoted $70 for a tube and tire. Then after a few minutes they said it also needed a rim. We asked how much for everything and they said $225 all in. They asked us to come back in 30 min as they had to dig out the rim from the back. When I returned alone they stated that they quoted me the wrong info and it was now $297 plus tax being over $330 after tax. After letting them know I was upset about it and it was their issue not mine they were saying if they sold it for the quoted amount they would not make money. Another guy piped up saying in a rude aggressive tone that he can switch the rim out to a cheaper one in comparison to what we had as a rim prior to make it cheaper. I said that maybe 3 emoloyees should not be quoting one person and that they should own up to their mistakes and honor their quotes. The response to that was, what we quote is just a quote and not what it may cost. I said why bother quoting when someone asks how much? You know what supplies were needed as you had the tire and rim in hand!! I don’t recommend them as they don’t honor what they say and the one guy was aggressive when questioned about how they do business. In the end they took an instal fee off but it was still $300.

As we were in search of a new e-bike we went to Jack's cycle, best decision we made. They let us test-ride different models and explained their pros and cons. We are very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this store!

Stopped by with a flat tire....asked if they could change it for me and said sure no problem. Did a super job and found a thorn. Fixed it all up and good to go. Super helpful and good.

Picked up an Ibis Ripley AF here this week and the service from everyone was excellent! Very friendly from start to finish and I got an amazing deal on my new bike! Would definitely recommend this shop.

Jason at Jack’s Cycle took care of my bicycle repair needs for over a year in Chilliwack. The service was always friendly, super quick, honest, reliable and fair. It was even generous. I ride daily so my bike repair needs were frequent and many - Jacks always helped me get back on my cycling plans with minimal interruption. As a female cyclist, I’ve noticed some shops may not treat you equally as a customer - this is not the case at Jacks. I highly recommend this shop!

Took my bike in on shirt notice before a big race I had. These guys had my bike done super quick well before my race and did an outstanding job. Best bike store in Chilliwack.
