On October 23, our refrigerator broke down. No more cold air came out. I've never had an appliance repaired before, so I wasn't sure where to contact. I was looking for a home appliance repair expert on Google and I stumbled upon him. A 4.9 out of 540 reviews is a very good score. When I contacted him, he was not in Canada and was traveling abroad. He said he would be back on October 31st and I waited. You know how difficult it is to live without a refrigerator. But I thought it was well worth the wait. Booked a repair after he returned and he did a great job on our refrigerator. Other repair technicians predicted a compressor failure and told them to prepare more than $600~800+Tax and more!! But he did the diagnosis correctly, said the start relay was broken, and only charged a total of $280 including the cost of the diagnosis ($90). After 30 minutes of repair, everything was solved, and cold air came out of the refrigerator. I highly recommend Igor to anyone!!

Igor just repaired our dishwasher and it’s now working great. He was able to come by the day after we called. He was very thorough and made sure that the dishwasher was working like it’s supposed to before leaving. When he re-installed the dishwasher he put it back straighter and neater than it was before!

When our washing machine at our business broke we were in a panic to find someone to fix it quickly, as it is an essential machine for our business. We tried 5 different places, and Igor was the only one who said he would come and look at our machine. Everyone else said that they could not service our machine. Igor responded very quickly, and was able to come out early the next day. He figured out the issue, and was able to get it back up and running very quickly, while also providing advice to help avoid coming across the same issue in the future. We will definitely be using Igor again if we have any further issues. We can't recommend him enough!!

We have had Egor come to fix appliances twice. This last time was Dec 23rd. Our oven stopped working while Christmas baking. We called fully expected he would be too busy but with Christmas coming he came late afternoon. He is highly knowledgeable and did an excellent job on both occasions. Highly recommend.

We chose this business because of the excellent reviews and the owner did not disappoint. He was very professional and on time (same day!). As it turns out, our washer wasn't worth the repair. Igor explained everything telling us it was possible to repair but wasn't worth it in the long run due to the conditions of other parts. This gave us the peace of mind to go and buy new appliances. It is worth getting him to come out and assess for a repair before you decide to buy a new set. He will give you a fair assessment of whether it is worth repairing or not. He is honest and his pricing is more than fair and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the future.
