If there's 0 star, I would love to put it there.Lack of work ethic, 0 focus on his own client's interest.The real estate agent setup sus biding war (the offer was sent 7 hours ago, presented to me as the last bidding offer at 10:00pm lol). Provided limited information prior to the contract was signed.There's too much details I really don't want to disclose here.But as a seller, please use your power, do not get tricked by their reps...

My last year's experience, I won’t trust or believe agent Mohammad Malik, also known as Mohammad Rasool Malik. My brother and I almost lost a closing deal due to his phony promises. He had a mortgage broker who could help us get pre-approval for a mortgage, but as the closing date approached, the promise was not delivered. Despite he was reassuring countless time that we shouldn't worry about it, and also we couldn’t get our deposit back due to an amendment in the contract. Fortunately, we managed to get an extension for three weeks to obtain pre-approval. Although he said he would cover any costs resulting from his faulty service, he never kept his promise or compensated us for the damage he caused. His incompetence turned my good experience into the worst service I have ever received from him. I also manage to fix this issue through becoming a joint tenant with my brother to secure the mortgage approval. Even after closing the deal, his behavior changed drastically, and in return we refused to allow him to record us handing over the keys to the house so I don’t want his inexperience service harm others that are seeking to have their first time as homebuyer experience. Also stay away from him since he has an impulsive personality and don’t let his “best experience” influence your decision whether buying, selling or leasing your property as I have learned my lesson.

Friendly Brokerage as long as you are with them. Once you leave, even on good terms, they do not care to take up your pending payment issues with other brokerage. Standard reply is it is old record; not available; we are busy with other routine; no time etc etc. If you persist and resolve issues and finally get the payment say after 4 years, this Brokerage will deduct excessively as part of their split. They do not care what was your agreement when you were with them. Highly unprofessional and unethical behavior. This is my experience.

Horrible my realtor left out half the things in my lease. Did not fill it out properly, and was also extremely rude, because me and my partner are under 30 he treated us like we had bad credit said we wouldnt get the place and just was a horrible person in general. Theres nothing wrong with our credit and the building manager accepted our application but the way the realtor treated us was horrible he should be fired.

Richard from Century 21 help me secured my first condo, right from the pre construction to the leasing of the condo. Very straight to the point and provided great service overall. I will definitely use him again.

I came to Toronto and chose this real estate agent due to their proximity to the rental house I was in.I was connected with Shujait Ali and was told I would be well looked after. This could not be further from the truth.I've never met a more unorganized individual with a utter lack of knowledge for the real estate market. Unable to answer nearly all of our questions.He set up his initial appointment (consultation) with us to get a better understanding of our needs. He showed up 1hr late with no rhyme or reason for the delay. Only a half hearted appology.We did come to him with a pre approval for our mortgage, but to our surprise he was hell bent on making sure we looked at houses that were near the max or over our budget. Leaving no room for a negotiation room.A complete amateur.We did not proceed with him as we didnt feel comfortable with our livelihood in his clearly inexperienced hands.Please, please, please! Stay away from Shujait Ali.What a god awful real estate agent.

I had an issue with this brokerage. After leaving several messages with the receptionist to speak the Manager or someone who can resolve this problem; no one seemed to care. They never got back to me, They don't want to take responsibility for their actions or even try to resolve the matter. They just don't care. If you use their agents, good luck to you. At the end they just want your money.
