On Sept 21/2019 at 12:03 P.M. I made the mistake buy driving on to the Ring road to go home, when I got in behind the BLS Asphalt Truck unit 163, plate 709IKQ . Clearly marked on the truck. Started a claim then and since that BLS has completely refused to except responsibility for their very Own truck driving down a by-pass at 100 km/hr plus, with rocks and debris come out and out of this vehicle. The Video has been given to them and they still think they are not responsible. I have let Insurance Sgi" go thru there process and they issue plates to these People and can not even hold BLS accountable. Why give them plates? they do what they want anyways. They will not provide the Drivers name from September 21
