Culligan

I love Culligan. I recently purchase a brand new water softener from the Culligan store in Guelph. Ron made the purchase super simple and never, once, tried to upsell. I know I purchased exactly what my home needs. The installer, fairly new to Culligan, was fantastic! Installation was neat and tidy and he clearly explained the softener and it's benefits. A two person team returned to my home to remove the old softener and, again, amazingly professional. Finally, salt delivery! Only marginally more money than I would pay at the grocery store, but I don't have to lug 20 kg bags of salt around and I am set up for auto delivery so I never run out.

With water softness salt being sold out everywhere due to a company strike from its delivery vehicles,Culligan was our only option. Thankfully, we were able to buy 4 bags to refill our softener. The two of us who went to do pick up are both disabled and we didn't know TILL we got their, that they don't offer carry out. We needed the salt desperately and didn't have time to wait for delivery. We went in to buy it, and I planned to attempt to carry it out myself as difficult as that would be. We went in, asked for 4 bags, paid & the ladies working offered to do carryout for us given our situation of both being disabled. I was very pleased they not only offered but that they made sure it was carefully laid into our vehicle for easy moving it when we got home. I know many people say it's too pricey there & yes, it is more expensive, but the customer service, respect & dignity we were treated with were well worth a few extra dollars. So was saving our appliances from the horrendously hard water we have. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Excellent job Culligan & thank you again to the INCREDIBLE and caring staff!

Had a new drinking system installed by Culligan in Guelph. The sales rep, René Sarmiento, was amazing and helpful throughout the whole process. He answered all the questions we had and provided professional inputs for us to make the right decision for the household. They replaced the person that was working at the front desk, unfortunately the service is incredibly declined. It feels like that individual doesn't want to be there and thus makes me feel like I'm doing a disservice to come in and support them. No smiles, no friendly faces, just what do you want feeling every time I enter the store. It makes me want to drive to another location because of this.

Rene was so helpful!!! He walked me through my options in detail and took the time to answer all my questions. He was extremely organized and always on time. Our new water softener was installed by Ryan. We are very happy with our experience purchasing from Culligan Guelph!!!

We moved to a new house, and needed to replace the water softener and filter, which we had never had before. We got good advice about it from Rene, and from Kyle and Mitch, who came to install it. They came on time, and did good work, especially wrestling big old tanks out of a tiny, awkward space. They also took away other old equipment that was in the way. It looks much better in there now! The system works well, and the drinking water is excellent.

Professional service from order to delivery. The sales staff are courteous and professional, and the product we ordered was delivered promptly and according to instructions. Very happy with Culligan.

It took 9 days from my initial meeting with Culligan staff to stop the leak on my 17+ year old water softener unit and get a new replacement put in but the whole experience was smooth and worry-free. I was most impressed with the three staff members I dealt with in person. They were all friendly, helpful, obliging, and trustworthy. I would like to thank and recommend the friendly and personable Ron Nobes, Water Consultant, who helped me fill my order for a new unit and set things in motion. Ryan, Service Technician was so polite and considerate and stopped the leak and redirected my water. Mitch came in and installed the new unit with ease and attentiveness in a timely manner, taking time to inform me of all the aspects of my new unit. Best of all, he took away the old unit and I did not have to worry about disposal. Thank you Culligan for such a 5 star experience with your company. I highly recommend them for such stellar service.

Ron from Culligan helped us with the water softener system installation. And all happened so quick and good. Everyone including the installation technicians were so good with their job. Perfect!
