Horrible service! Husband is going for surgery in less than a week we tried to rent a walker a month in advance was refused we called back a week before as instructed and was told too bad e have nothing available. No notice that there is a chance that there wouldn't be anything available to get our ducks in a row now we're frantically looking for a walker to rent.

Rick was very gentle with my Mum. He came two hours away to come and show my Mum the wheelchair and then left the wheelchair for my Mum to use for a day and night. He showed all the ways the chair can be changed to meet her needs. She was very happy and got around the house easily. Very considerate and contentious of her needs. We are very grateful. 5hank you Rick!

My scooter was taken to your shop as it would not start. As these units run on 24 volts your teck should have used a volt meter to determine the problem but it appears they used the old adage lets try this part or maybe it is this part. My quote for repairs was $1100.00. a few weeks later we need another $505.00 and again we need anoter $300.00 for a total of $1900.00. If they had given me a qoute fo $1900.00 I may have said no do not fix it, I will buy a new one. As it turned out it was almost totally rewired. It went in Dec '21 and I got it back in April '22, The next day it would not work, oh! by the way your shop spokeswoman told me it was not their problem as it worked when delivered. The next morning after I found it not working a took my trusty old meter out dusted it off and went to work. I found the problem was a defetive new starter switch. I took the old one out of the garbage , cleaned it up rewired it and it has worked since. The moral of this story fix it your self. I am 78 years of age and earned my trade in the Canadian Army. This experience was far better than in the past. Very prompt installation and Jesse and Jessy were wonderful with the installation.

The staff is not friendly and they do not answer your question on timely matter as how much repair cost

My father spent $4200 on a custom wheel chair. The chair itself is good, however, shortly after purchase, bearings began squeaking loudly. They replaced the bearings once, but shortly after they began squeaking again. They will not replace them with better bearings. Now they will only grease them and that prevents squeaking for a short period. The warranty is finished soon and the service charge is $90 a visit.If I had the choice, I would go to another store that provides better products and stands behind their product.
