Essentia Organic Mattress

We bought a Energie Opus Mattress from Essentia about 4 years ago. Initially we loved it. After almost a year and a half it was sagging to the point that you were stuck" in it when trying to sleep.We started a claim and they did replace the mattress free of charge

We just purchased on second Essentia mattress - not to replace our first bought 8 years ago - but for our guest bedroom. We've been sleeping on our current Essentia mattress for a long time and certainly would not be buying a second if it wasn't fantastic! On top of that, our experience with the team has been wonderful. both Lyn and Paul have been responsive and knowledgable. The people and the product behind Essentia have been amazing!

Even if they're unopened.I would expect such a stringent policy to be more prominently displayed when you add sheets to your cart.

Best bed! Best customer service!We have had our Essentia Dormeuse for 10 years and we only wish we could bring it with us when we travel. It's the best we have ever slept on.Our dog bonnie has the baby crib mini bed and she loves it!Essentia now has actual dog beds and she loves that one as well.Yes we have one bed and Bonnie has two.There was a small issue with one of the dog bed covers and Paul fixed the problem the same day we called. Great people! Amazing bed.

Paul was so helpful when visiting the beaches location. We’re beyond happy with our mattresses we bought. My partner is on his cancer journey and after his first sleep on the whole body mattress he was in literal tears… he felt so good!! A true wellness mattress. We got the lift base which we love. It’s been about a month now and this mattress just gets better and better. Way beyond expectations. The best investment we’ve made for our well-being. I tell everyone about these mattresses. Truly a game changer. We also bought their base level for a day bed we had. Fantastic as well.

Got the Tatami mattress three weeks ago. We had been researching mattresses for awhile and chose Essentia because we wanted a mattress that would last and could support two adults (and two kids sneaking in every night) without sagging. Tatami delivers. The service at this store is unparalleled. We visited twice just to be sure it was what we wanted. Paul was available to answer questions and gave us space to test the mattress out at our own pace. There was no pressure and he really listened to what we needed. I would highly recommend going to the store trying it out. Most importantly though, we have been sleeping like babies. No break in period. We found it odourless, I was worried about off gassing but there was nothing to fear. Great purchase.

Great customer service and they stand by their products. Our whole house is outfitted and just got our second mattress after sleeping on one for 12 years. 12 years ago we had a horrible experience with a certain other memory foam brand, and discovered that we have chemical sensitivities; we returned that one and found Essentia thankfully and we are now customers for life!

Ever since we received our Essentia mattress and pillows we have had to best sleep! Top notch customer service. They assisted us in selecting the mattress that best suited our sleeping habits. Best investment ever! We would recommend Essentia to everyone!!
