I recently visited Jess at The Essence Wellness Center for a 30 minute half body sauna. I was thrilled with my experience and cannot wait to visit again. Not only was the sauna a blissful experience, but Jess shared with me the history & science behind the half sauna - I love to learn the WHY behind things and Jess made that feel natural. Her space & offerings are a gift to our community.

Jess is an authentic and passionate practitioner. Her clinic atmosphere makes anybody feel this is the place to take a rest like a home. Every detail in her clinic let me feel so comfortable and sensed right away that she is very considerable and made a great effort for patient-friendly setting. Her tcm knowledge spectrum is very broad so she would treat pain as well as would advice others holistically. I highly recommend her.

I was thrilled to hear that Jess has opened The Essence Wellness Center in Squamish downtown. For the past five years, I have received a lot of help with treating illnesses like colds and maintaining body balance through acupuncture. From traditional herbal medicine for recovering weakened physical strength to acupuncture for muscle pain relief, I can maintain a very stable lifestyle by receiving quick and accurate medical services. I am excited about the new services that The Essence Wellness Center will provide, including skincare, Pilates, and RMT. She is friendly and very convenient, taking into account my schedule as much as possible. I highly recommend it!
