I would like to also thank you and the boys in the back for the exceptional quality and accuracy in general and in particular our last order. I worked in the tempering business for many years and I know how much skill and dedication to ones craft is required to cut, fabricate and temper heavy glass to exacting standards and this was done better than I have seen in many many years. The glass was straight and square which was vital for my project. The glass was glued together with ultra violet glue which has little tolerance for errors of size ,roller wave or warp. The project went together smoothly and my customer was ecstatic with the results. Great ingredients make a great cake. Thank you!

Order is never ready on time. I placed two order recently and both order were never on time, which resulted in canceling the job and rescheduling. No customer service. With my most recent order, I revised my measurements before they even start working on my order and I was told it would be treated as a new order and take longer. After I argued that they haven’t even started to work on my order so it shouldn’t make any difference. They just have to cut the glass according to the new measurements submitted, I was told it would be ready on Friday, but I called to confirm pick up, I was told it will be next week when I had already scheduled for installation that Saturday. I would not recommend this company based on how they are treating their customers.
