Cactus Moving

Just got moved by them today. They were very good at communicating before getting there, including sending me a text 20 minutes before they arrived. They arrived during the 3 hour window they gave me. They had a very efficient method for packing items which helped with time. All of my items were taken care of and arrived in the same condition as at the old house. Great prices too when you look at the moving companies in Calgary. Had no issues with them. Polite and responsive.

Hiring Cactus Moving was the best decision! They are quick to respond, easy to book, affordable and their movers were awesome.The crew was hard working, professional, kind and courteous. I had a great experience with Cactus Moving a few weeks ago when I moved everything I owned onto a really small storage container. The 2 people working were efficient and friendly. The price was fair and they actually cared about my things so that was nice. One of the guys who wrapped my couch even showed me where the built in pocket was under my couch for the legs so I would know where they were later on. I would 100% hire them again

These guys were pros right from the minute that I requested a quote. They were quick to respond to my questions and offered me a very competitive price. When Alex and Dima showed up to do the move they got right down to business. They were extra careful to protect some family antiques and they were friendly and courteous the whole time. This was definitely the most positive moving experience that I’ve ever had. I will definitely hire Cactus again and recommend them wholeheartedly!

I had some existing kitchen cabinets and large format granite countertops to move. I contacted a few companies for quote, Cactus was not the lowest in quote but they were the most responsive in replying, most upfront / transparent in quote and the most serious in paper work. Their crew of 3 arrived on time, greeted and self introduced, friendly and easy to work with. Very respectful. They paid attention in protecting the items before physically carrying the items, planned their walk paths, shovelled & salted the path, walked carefully to minimize touching the site and wrapped the items when they were inside the 5 ton truck. The result is none of the granite was damaged, including the piece that’s 9’ long and the huge centre island piece weighing more than 450 lbs (I believe). Overall, I got my money’s worth and I am a happy customer. I can recommend this company.

From the start, I talked with James, who answered all my questions and provided some tips to make my packing and moving quicker and more successful. He is patient and explains things very clearly.The movers, Roman and Elgiz, were very sociable and efficient. They asked many questions to make they were on the right track, wrapped all my furniture to protect it, and even set up my bedroom at my new home.I chose Cactus Moving because James was easy to chat with and patient with all my questions. I was happy with the movers. All my belongings arrived safe and sound. There were no surprises and the quote was quite accurate.I highly recommend Cactus Moving. You're in good hands.
