This clinic is a horrible place for a family doctor. Doctor Aloysious is extremely rude and is very impolite. The wait times are horrendous and Doctor Aloysious receptionists are useless. I am genuinely scared this clinic and doctor will one day give me or my kids the wrong needle/medication. The only good thing about this clinic is the pharmacy and all those that work there especially the ones that worked there with Dr McAlister. Currently searching for a new family doctor and would recommend everyone do the same thing.

I have found in my dealings with Dr.Aloysious that she is a caring and compassionate Doctor, she is a credit to the profession. I’ve known her to spend the time getting the full picture of a patients condition. Dr.Aloysious is kind considerate and a pleasure to visit with.If you are lucky enough to have her select you as a regular patient count yourself fortunate and lucky. I also want you to know that the pharmacy on the premise has the kindest and most helpful staff and Manager bar none, Nazera (Manager) and Melissa and Ruby.

had an appointment at 2;45 pm, got there 15 mins early and told them i have an dentist appointment at 6 pm because i know how long the wait is. they put me in the back room and i waited until 4:00. i asked if i could reschedule or get the doctor to call me as it was just for results and the lady said of course she will get the doctor to call. i waited until 5:30 and i called and the receptionist told me he was on the phone with his wife since i left, i told her i will stay on hold and for him to tell him i’m calling. i was on hold for 25 mins and the lady comes on and told me he left. i am never coming back again, what a waste of a family doctor.

Very disappointing. I use to see Dr Malcaister and she was amazing, but she retired. Went to the clinic today as a walk in cause that is what the clinic is walk in" and she asked if I had an appointment. If this Dr wanted her own practice she should not have taken on this clinic because it use to be a 5 star clinic and the pharmacy staff is amazing. I'm very disappointed. Considering finding a better clinic with the amazing service I use to receive. Very frustrated."

I was a patient of Dr. McAlister's since childhood (for nearly 40 years). She was wonderful! Caring, kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. I cried when she announced her retirement. I had hoped that Dr. Aloysius would be a suitable replacement but what a drastic negative difference to Dr. McAlister. No warmth, no proper assessment skills, no sense of accountability. Luckily, I was able to find a new doctor but it was not easy.

Guys, you have got to answer your phones.I understand certain times can get very busy but this is an all day, everyday problem. I had to call every 15 mins from 9am- 5pm and could not get through. I did this for days.I had to change Doctors because its nearly impossible to book an appointment.

Doctor Aloysious could be the worst doctor ever. Phones are never answered. Appointments are guaranteed to never be on time. Doctor NEVER has your medical info in front of her, so it's like you are a new patient every time. She prescribed meds and a Shoppers pharmacist had to inform us that it was very dangerous to take those meds with my current meds that are being taken. Costs $150 to get forms filled out, BUT they are never filled out properly. So you have to try and phone the office to get this correct, but they NEVER answer the phone! One can't help but speculate on this doctor's qualifications and their legitimacy.

Visited Dr. A a few times and every time there is a mix up of some sort. I was also a previous patient of Dr. M. A few times she read me someone else’s chart and I have had to correct her. She also attempted to prescribe medication thinking that I was this person. I was told that she did not have time to listen to my concerns and to call front desk if I wanted to check over some things. Not the kind of family doctor you’d like to have. Currently looking for a new family doctor. Very bad experiences with her and advise you to go elsewhere.

Dr Kathir is an amazing family doctor! We’ve never felt rushed and always leave his office feeling heard and understood. 10/10 would recommend.

I wanted to give Dr Aloysius a chance, so have seen her twice. I must say I miss Dr McAlistair and her warm manner. The first time I felt my concerns were blown off, there was no physical exam, and no solution offered. I left no better off and with no direction compared to when I got to my appointment.I went to a different walk in closer to home the following week and received better help, but was still not feeling fully better so I returned to see Dr Aloysius. This visit was more thorough than the first and I found her to be more attentive the second time around with an exam that helped diagnose my problem. My main concern going forward is that she will only prescribe my long term medication for a 90 day supply with no refills, necessitating a visit every 3 months. This is just not realistic for a busy professional that has been on said medication for over a year and a half at the same dose, for a chronic problem. So between the 50/50 satisfaction with my 2 visits and the prescribing issues, I’ll be looking for a new GP.
