Great rental company, friendly and easy to deal with, very efficient and the product was excellent!We rented 5 harvest tables and 24 chairs plus all the table settings for our daughter’s wedding and we were very happy with all the products and the delivery and set up!! We would use Happenings Party Rentals again and we highly recommend them!

We had a backyard wedding and used Happenings for our tent, chairs, tables, dancefloor, table settings, etc. Their prices were great, they were easy to work with, and their set up and take down was flawless.

I feel mistreated and discriminated. The way my requests were handled was totally wrong. Your people think or assume they are doing you a favour and never i got the feeling they were professional neither helpful. I know the nature of the business as being myself a catering facilitator for the last five years. So after the estimates were done, i visited the facilities and i even paid the deposit for the first order. Later on, I called them and asked to talk to Judy who was the one who did the estimate as she was not available i requested to the person who answered the phone to change my order as i just needed the tablecloths and changed from brocade to plain ones. This person never told me or reminded me (as i was told later on by Judy that i was already told) that the measurements of my new request were different. Total disappointment and frustration when dressing the tables for our important celebration and realized they were the wrong ones. Called again your business and the person who answered the phone said to me that it was impossible to get new tablecloths as they are requested as well to another company in toronto. When returning the rentals, i asked Judy why nobody informed me the differences in measurement between the brocade and the plain tablecloths and she said that i was told the very first time.Poor poor customer service, attitude and coldness (rudeness? racism? ) for your employees in your facilities.ThanksSantiago

Happenings party rentals were very professional - we had to order everything, tent, tables, chairs, dishes, cutlery. All arrived well in advance of the wedding so we could set up. Setting up the tent was a big deal as it was 40 X 100 but it was set up a couple of days in advance - put my mind at rest!

Beautiful Chairs and table rental at our wedding gave our venue the class it needed :) The staff at Happenings was great to deal with, reasonably priced and delivered on time. Thank you do much for making our special day so memorable!

These folk are always helpful when selecting which dishes etc and how many. Their products are good looking and varied. This last time we nearly forgot to do the pick up and they called to remind us that they were closing shortly and we were on our way double quick. Now that is great service.

Booked rentals over the phone well in advance of an event. Large selection of items to view online. Judy was very accommodating when there were changes to the order. Easy to find the warehouse and well organized pick up. Employees were polite and loaded our vehicles for us. Easy instructions for use of all equipment. Highly recommended!
