Made an appointment to pick up a hitch for our Dodge Caravan on a Saturday and they were able to accommodate us in getting it installed that same morning in less than an hour! Friendly staff and great service would highly recommend.

We needed to get a fifth wheel hitch put on our truck. We called around to several places. Ron, by far, gave us the best deal! In all our conversations with him, he was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. We booked our install, dropped off the truck in the morning and it was ready before noon. Excellent service. The workmanship on the 7-way power plug installation for the vehicle was chef's kiss exceptional! The installer was super detailed and careful, which gave me peace of mind knowing that my trailer's electrical connection is secure and reliable. The materials used during the installation were top-notch, and the wiring was all neat and tidy. With the installer's expertise, I can safely and efficiently tow my trailer. The power plug itself is super sturdy and well-made, it has provided consistent power to my trailer's electrical components for a solid 3 months when I travelled with my travel trailer. It's very rare as a female to get exceptional service when it comes to vehicles. From the moment I called pioneer hitches I knew I'd be bringing my van to them to get my trailer hitch installed. I had a ton of questions and had been scammed by other places in the past, so they were very considerate to reassure me that the price they quoted originally was the price I'd be charged. And it was! Not only did they do the job perfectly but they went above and beyond in terms of friendliness as well as providing me with more than necessary for the trailer I wanted. I can't thank the team enough for bringing a new addition to my livelihood and allowing me to get more storage space for my van! Amazing service, very knowledgeable staff.Looked for a few months for hardware for our hitch, as I rolled my truck and the junk yard cut the hitch off leaving me without the hardware to put the hitch back on. Went there and got the hardware that same day and even was given some tips on how to get the hitch on with less struggle.Thank you for the great service.
