Avoid this place!! I should have trusted the reviews. I picked up my visually impaired nephew from the CNIB camp and they had service dogs there. As a result, his camp belongings were covered in hair and transferred to the leather seats. I was charged $175 as they claimed that they needed to detail the car from the dog hair!On top of that, when I tried to explain, she said that she was charging me and hung up on me! They should be ashamed of themselves.Please do not support this heartless business, Woodbridge Economy car and truck rental.

I hope everyone will see this message. If you have other options, don’t rent a car from this company, and charge fees randomly.

I called at least 8 rental car services that that judged me for the type of visa I had wanted large amounts of deposits over $1000 until I called these guys they were so helpful with from knowing the urgency of the situation I was in to even helping me with a cab home after returning the car. Very polite, professional felt as if I were a long time friend. The have amazing brand new cars like 2022 brand new and this was an all round wonderful experience. I will never choice enterprise or any major car rental again these guys know how to treat customers unlike anywhere else!!

We rent a car with this company online , when we got to the airport , no one didn't answer the call , there were 4 families standing there at night trying to contact them , all of us spent the night in the airport as hotel rooms around the airport are expensive!We called them in the morning and tried to fix the issue. They make fool of people by giving nonsense excuses. I had returned the rental car in proper shape as I received with no tolls, and without any violations. Its been more 4 weeks and still not refunded my security deposit. Whenever I try to reach them, they have only excuses like there owner is only one who is gonna issue a refund. But they always says that there owner isn’t in office today. Same excuse for 3 times in 6 working days. I would never suggest this rental location to anyone.

This company is a BIG BIG BIG scam. Do not book cars from here. We had a reservation and we paid ahead of time. We got there and they had no cars available. The office was empty with no company representatives and the guy in charge of the parking lot told us that there are no cars available for us to pick and went back to his room. We tried called the customer service many times and no one picked up.

No service exptectations over here. No proffessionalisam. Did not accepted the insurance already piurchased and got told to cancel the insurance and then purchase their insrurance which cost x3 of hiring a car amount. still chasing for a refund and people working their keep on telling to contact on phone. when i called on their customer care line, advised to send an email. i mean what is going on ?

A very shady company that has debited my credit card when I didn't even book any car with them. I lost my DL and someone took the advantage of that, they workout even verifying my identity debited my card.I didn't avail any service from you!!!!!! Your overall rating is not even 3 for a reason because you are shady thugs.
