If I could put 0 star I would. Ordered. Said delivery within 15 days. 6 weeks later still did not receive. 2 messages sent with no response. Found phone # and tried calling. No response and no option to leave message. Contacted my credit card company to dispute. Within 3 days I received a cancellation email from Alpha. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I thought I purchased a garden shed from Alpha Outlets.When item was ready to deliver I received emails from Costco for delivery date.So, I went online at Costco and sure enough Alpha ordered my shed from Costco.It cost me an additional $250.00 to do business with Alpha.I know it's my own fault.I received my shed today from Costco.No mention of Alpha Outlets.Ouch !

Fraud alert warning! Negative stars needs to be an option. This company is fraudulent! Do not purchase anything from them. They take your money and then do not ship your product. There is no contact info, they do not return emails. You will end up in a fight with your credit card company to get your money back.

Ordered a shed and waited 10 days and it still hadn't shipped. I emailed the company and got no response and tried calling only to get an answering machine that was not yet set up and could not even leave a message. I emailed the company again and requested a refund since it had not shipped and it's been 10 days. I got a reply to that email and they stated that there would be a 3% processing fee for the refund. I think this company is a scam and makes money by charging processing fees on purchases they have no intention of fulfilling.

If I can also give this company less than a review , I would . Not sure who this company is. To me , they look like scammers. I’ve ordered a table and I’m still waiting for a delivery date. You cannot even reach out to them, only by email. This is what makes this company not trustworthy. I’ve emailed them probably 20 times now and no response and it’s been almost two and a half weeks. I’ve contacted my credit card company to investigate. What a hassle. Please don’t bother ordering anything, and if you do, hope that you get what you paid for . I cannot even track my shipment from them. Waste of my time and energy. I don’t normally sit and write reviews, but I’ve never experienced this before. Be careful!

This product was out of stock most everywhere so I don't mind that Alpha Outlets found it for me from Costco. This size item is not even listed on Costco website. I don't care that they made a few extra bucks off me, I saved $500 compared to other listings. Shipping information took a bit longer to post but that's on the shipping company. Only thing wrong with Alpha Outlets is they need to setup a working phone system. Voice calls are not picked up and no voicemail available. Very happy order came through!

BEWARE: This company is definitely a scam. Much like the previous review, it’s been 10 business days since I ordered a shelving unit that never shipped. I emailed them twice and got no response. Called the number and got the answering service where you can’t even leave a message. I contacted my bank to start an investigation. Stay away from this company.

Definitely a scam! I tried to cancel my order and received no responses to my multiple emails. Then they shipped the product and told me I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee. They tried to pass off my cancelled order as a shipment from Costco in order to get me to accept it. They even had the same shipping number as my Costco order. I’m sure I will be trying to deal with the cancellation for a long time to come as they still will not respond to email.

If I could give this place a negative star review I would. Total scam. I placed an order which 2 months later has yet to come. No one answers the phone number provided for customer service. They only answered my emails once I wished to cancel at which point they gave me the run around telling me the item had been shipped although they were not able to provide proof/tracking. Im still battling trying to get a refund. Save yourself the time and the headache and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I've learned my lesson for all of you. I will be contacting Consumer Protection and flagging this company's practices

DO NOT purchase anything from this store. It’s a scam. Learned my lesson by not looking into reviews. Ordered a large purchase that was supposed to be shipped in 2-4weeks. Emailed to ask about shipping, no reply. 5 weeks later, still hadn’t received anything. No contact from the company. Ended up getting a full refund through PayPal.
