Excellent service and pricing. The work he did was phenomenal. He resoled my boots and added eyelets. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing shoe repair.

This business does great things for their customers. The owner was a great guy who has honed his craft into a meditative art form. My worn out jacket feels brand new thanks to their quality workmanship. Later on in the afternoon after picking up the jacket I wish I would have left a tip for the all around great service and care.

He does an awesome job, I took him an older pair of redwings that I probably wore to long and didn’t know if they could be re-soled. He got em fixed up and they feel better then ever.

I called to ask about a jacket zipper repair. He told me to bring it in today and he would do it while I wait. I showed up at 2:30 and I was out the door in about five minutes with repair completed. Excellent customer service.

Troy did an excellent job advising me on the types of soles to get on my boots, and the work done to them has them looking new again. The original soles on my boots had terrible traction in the winter. The new soles not only look great but have excellent traction. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience. I brought in an old musical instrument case for repair on the broken leather strap. He quoted what I thought was a very high price & said it would take 2-3 weeks. The case was important to me so I agreed to the price. I returned twice but he hadn't done it; 6 weeks later it was still not done so I asked for the case back. It was returned to me in noticeably worse shape. Before I left the case it had a couple of stains on it and looked old, but now it is very dirty and the case is not 'sound' or firm like it was before. The structure is greatly weakened. It looks like it got buried under a pile of heavier things that sort of crushed the firmness of the case. He was careless in how he handled and stored something important to me.

They were very nice. I was told it would take a week to get a pair of leather shoes stripped/cleaned and shined, but I needed them done in fours days. They were willing to work with the short notice and I had my son's shoes the night before he needed them. They looked so much better than when I brought them in. I felt like they were honest and told me they didn't fully strip them, but they turned out great anyways. I wish I would've taken pictures.
