Dr. Reimer is excellent. He is straightforward, caring, and very professional.All the support staff are amazing. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I feel like walking at a friend's house when I go there.

Dr. Reimer is a phenomenal doctor. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure to answer any questions you may have. He has a very calm and reassuring disposition that puts patients at ease. My whole family sees him and we are very happy to have him as our eye doctor.

There are a few things that I really liked about my visit to Advance Eye Care Center. Firstly, the staff are friendly and had no problems answering the questions I had and they did not try to rush through the process. I also liked that the place seemed clean and had very comfortable chairs to sit on while awaiting your various procedures. I also was pleased that there was not much waiting involved so it seems like they don't overbook. My biggest kudos go to Dr. Sean Reimer. He is friendly, energetic, knowledgeable, and patient. He takes the time to explain things in terms that the average patient can understand. I will book again with Advance Eye Care Center! Thanks from Rhoda N.

Friendly and efficient staff make appointments a breeze with no issues. Dr. Reimer is very friendly with an easy going style. He is very good at his job and makes an eye examination an enjoyable experience. He always take the time to explain what he is doing and what he finds. He always takes the time to answer any question or concerns.

Got in the same day I called for an irritated eyelid without being a previous client. Staff were all very friendly and kind. Dr was great and friendly. Got a bit of a lecture about my lash extensions and how lash techs don’t need to be well educated. Etc, but I get he was only trying to ensure I understood the risks associated with the lash extensions. He worked around my lashes and did his best to keep them intact so I appreciated that.

Very clean. Everyone there is very cheerful and friendly. The doctors are always willing to answer any questions you have.The one complaint my son had was that they take too much time to get you fitted for glasses because they always want it to be perfect. In my book, that just means they’re thorough and want the best for their clients so keep up the good work!

I called in hopes to order more contacts. The receptionist informed me that I couldn’t get contacts unless I got an eye exam. She said my prescription wasn’t good anymore and she couldn’t help me unless I came for an eye exam. I explained to the receptionist that I didn’t have insurance and my prescription was only 1 year old. I know eyeglass prescriptions are good for 2 years from the exam date. I didn't want to pay out of pocket for an exam, so I asked to order 6 months or even 3 months of contacts to hold me over for my benefits to kick in. She said the best she could do was give me one trial pair of contacts to hold me over until I got insurance. She said she would check if they had my strength and call me back- to which they didn’t call me back. I explained to her that I am a registered nurse and need contacts in order to work in my specific environment. The receptionists were very unhelpful and rude on the phone with me. I was very disappointed as I knew I could take my prescription elsewhere and have better customer service and better help finding a solution to my need for contacts. I ended up going to factory optical the same day and got 6 months of contacts as well as great customer service. I will now be ordering from elsewhere. Frankly I'm debating switching optometrists completely because of this interaction.Update: I was assessed and re-fitted free of charge at Factory Optical when your receptionist failed to call me back about a trial lense or provide any kind of solution, other then my full yearly checkup which is quite pricey for someone without insurance. I'm also wondering which regulatory body you abide by considering every other optometrist I called said 2 years is the expiration date for prescription and contact renewal. Thanks.

Absolutely great care of my vision, and I got a pair of glasses for use just at my desk, and they work really well! All worth the price!
