I don't know how Jordan does it, but he kills it every time. My boyfriend and I have used him three times now and he never misses a beat. Jordan is so detail oriented with everything he does on every step of the way and it really does show. Jordan some how managed to get us locked in and we were the lowest offer out of 5 on the house.. how he did it, well he is just THAT good. 10/10 recommend him. He's a super agent and I promise you'll be in great hands.

Jord & his team are great! We've used him 3 times now to purchase or sell our homes and we have no complaints. He's on the ball and always knows the right steps to take. We trust him in the buying process because he knows how to make a deal and not let us get wrapped up in the little things or overpay when we get too attached. He's always got our backs. His building and renovation experience also gives us confidence in our purchases. When we sell we will always chose Jordan because I mean come on does anyone else sell a home better than him?? We have used the Macnab team for all of our real estate needs and have had the best experiences with buying and selling. Most recently, we decided to sell our 2 bedroom condo and were extremely lucky to have Craig as our realtor for this process. He went above and beyond what was required and managed to sell our condo at one of the slowest times of the year! From helping with the staging to being available to show to the unit at any time, Craig managed to sell our place when other comparable units nearby had been sitting for weeks! Not only that, but he was able to negotiate one of the best offers we could have imagined.

If you want a realtor that completely follows your lead, but is there for you whenever you need him, use Jordan! I would absolutely trust Jordan with any of my friends and family. Jordan is so good, he got me my dream home while I was off climbing a mountain with no service. I told him the deal and how badly I wanted it, he told me he’d do his best and to enjoy the mountains.
